Coffee maker was defective. Exchange second day should have been taken care of before renting room

Poolside rooms are ideal if you have anyone using the pool area much. Clean, modern, nice. Sometimes the pool and hot tub can be a little crowded on weekends.

Very affordable, clean, and best hotel for your money. Felt very safe even tho so close to downtown. Only recommendation would be to have later pool and hot tub hours. Loved that we could walk the well lit path next to the river.

Great Staff and very helpful. The pools are great along with the yard games.

Fun great pool clean rooms

Room was very clean! You can tell they care about this place because I stayed in a room with a waterfall shower and new toilet. The bed was very comfy as well. Overall satisfied with my stay and the experience I had with customer service. Wish I could’ve stayed longer and used the other amenities

Great location on the Spokane River front. Walkable to so many places. Highly recommend this location for families! My kids loved the pool and playground.

Very clean and friendly staff

Nice pool and great little area for kids to play and run around. Room was really spacious and clean. The only thing was that the cleaning lady left me only few tissue instead of a new box next to it. So I had to go get a new one myself. One of the water in fridge appeared opened but not used. There are 6 buildings. I was at the last. No elevators. Parking available outside the building. If you have a family with small kids and luggages, you would need to push the cart from building one to six. It felt like a straight mile not a deal breaker.

We loved our stay here. If there was a complimentary breakfast it would be A++.

We were turned away from the connecting restaurant because their kitchen staff was overwhelmed. They need to have alternatives for meals. People pick this hotel because of the close restaurant. The hotel could offer uber eats or delivery service.

I thought the room view was amazing. The saltwater pool was great. I love the cleaning stuff. They were very sweet. We only had one issue with the front desk. We arrive late or exactly early in the morning and we had a bit of a rough day that day when we came to the red Ruby, the doors were closed with a sign saying they were closed, but we had to ring a bell. The person was obviously on a break or not there and wasn’t very helpful to us. He didn’t even tell us any of the amenities of this hotel and felt very unwelcome. Other than that however, I would stay there again and arrive earlier. It was an amazing experience, so thank you so much.

Family friendly, staff was nice and very helpful!

What I did not like was that the ice machine was directly across from our room! Just steps away! It was the worse! All throughout the night people were getting ice! It was so loud!!! Not restful at all!

Lovely, convenient, walkable location along the river with a walking path right outside the door. Basic rooms are perfect because you’ll want to spend all your down time in the lovely common spaces. Good restaurant and bar, which was a treat after a long day of traveling. I really appreciated not having to find a dinner spot. Very relaxing eating outside by the river. An amazing value, we’ll be staying there for sure on any Spokane trips in the future.

Amazing place to relax

Great location! Lots of renos going on but no disruption. This hotel is very big with only one elevator so be prepared to walk a far distance if your room is in building 6. The pools and game area were wonderful.
