Ruby River Hotel Downtown Spokane

I absolutely loved the pool! The restaurant is great as well!

Restaurant service in the hotel stunk. Exceptionally slow and I attentive.

All amenities were far away from our room we were never offered a lower floor ir one with a patio which would of been nice for the $174 per night also.our emergency exit door was blocked off by a piece if sheet rock Also we where there for 5 days and never ounce did they come to.ckean or refresh our room with coffee or waters we had to finally ask them to do so

Hotel staff was very friendly. Beds were super comfortable although you could hear some hallway noise. It was very close to several fast food/coffee places.

Two drinks at the pool were $38USD and then the hotel added $10 + tax for an ammenity fee. No prices posted anywhere. Not were we told there would be an additional fees added. The checkout next day I was asked if I wanted a printed receipt. I said yes but then was told I couldnt have one.

I have allergies and the staff at the restaurant could have been more attentive towards this

First off,took my 4 year old granddaughter for her birthday and she got hit in the head by a football while trying to swim in the pool and adults were throwing footballs in the pool and hit her 😔 kids were running up and down the hallway screaming and playing until late, the next morning we went to eat at the hotel restaurant and the waitress dumped two plates of hot food on me which ended up burning my thigh,the orders were wrong and the sausage was burnt,no one seemed to really care, my new pants were ruined, will not stay there again 😔

Wonderful as ever

This is a very clean and convenient hotel. They have a pool and a nice restaurant.

Was placed on bottom floor in pet room, smelled and I was not traveling with pets.

Great amenities and location

We always have an amazing stay. This is our hotel of choice everytime we stay in Spokane.

I did wait in line at check-in for an eternity, because somebody's credit card wasn't working. I get that these things happen, but maybe the staff should have made that person wait instead of the dozen people in line. When you've been traveling all day you just want to get into your room, especially when you've already reserved and paid for it. They also added an extra fee of $9 at check-out, with no reason given, and nobody answered the phone when I called to inquire what it was for. The only thing I can think is that it's because they offered me a choice of what "view" I wanted (a choice I'd already selected for myself online). You should tell people when you're upselling something. Thanks but I am not paying that!

Clean and modern rooms. Love the outdoor activities as well!

What a gem. Stumbled upon it and it was so enjoyable. Did The Loff carousel and skytram. The hotel was amazing and so was the food at the restaurant!! Highly recommend!!
