Best Western Coach House

The staff was friendly and helpful. Tammy was great at check in. Room was clean and cool. Pool was good and kids loved the playground.

Clean room, nice staff, nice breakfast. Redone route 66 motel. Very nice for the price.

Our A/C made awful nonstop noise all night. I had to find white noise on my phone and turn it up as loud as possible to almost drown out the constant clanking. I’m talking every single second and not in any kind of rhythm. There was also a man’s shirt and pants in the grass outside of our window in the grass that just left me feeling uneasy.

Nicely updated. Very friendly staff. Service was fast. But room smelled musky & moldy. Room smell.

Check in was fast and very friendly. I was upgraded to a king bed. It was quiet and clean.i would stay there again.

Room was clean very large. Breakfast was good hot staff was very helpful older motel that they’ve done a good job renovating and are still working on it very close to Route 66 which everybody knows started there. I would recommend it probably stay there next time I go to Springfield.

This travel lodge is a lovely older styled place, has a cozy welcoming lobby and breakfast area with individual apartment like rooms. My family stayed here for a weekend of baseball tournaments and it was close to the ballpark, quiet enough for a good nights rest, breakfast was served from 6 am which was perfect for early mornings out to games and the outdoor pool was a great opportunity to cool off from the scorching sun we tolerated. Overall a great place to stay at a reasonable price with lots of food places within walking distance if that is what you need.

Room was clean. The bed was THE WORST bed I've ever slept in. Should have been replaced years ago. It dipped in the middle so bad it was impossible to stay on your side. Not only did it dip but it was my lumpy also. Went to bed feeling fine and woke up with hip and lower back pain. The bed was so bad we just left the next day and lost out on what we paid for our second night.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was hot but had to wait for the food. Parking stalls should have had room numbers. We had to park some distance away and my husband is handicapped. Bed too firm. But we would stay again.

Quiet. Ground floor Room

Clean room, however, the middle of the bed was so sunk in that we struggled to get in and out of the bed, struggled to roll over and struggled to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was mediocre. Pleasant check in staff (Billy).

This is a charming motel with beautiful trees all around, a pool and playground and chairs outside of each room. Parking is easy and the vibe is great!

Nice room but needed some attention by handyman toilet paper roll and towel rack falling apart and tile floor was not swept or mopped at all I had to use baby wipes clean the floor.

Everything is wonderful and closer to shopping, restaurants and gas cheaper
