Hotel finishings were nice, enhanced security with badging for elevator and to enter the floor. AC made a noise like a car alarm, bed was worn down and dense.

Love the remodel! Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff very pleasant too. Will stay again.

Great hotel, super clean rooms and extra comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed during the spring time. I did book this hotel for the indoor pool and it was disappointing. The inside and outside pool are connected and the pool is not heated. The waterfall from the ceiling was ice cold, other families were also disappointed. Too cold for the kids to have fun.

The staff were the best part of the stay. There was no hot tub. Also the pillows need to be changed.

The location was very accessible. There was a power outage early morning that made us get up in bed very early. No information was disseminated regarding the issue. Instead of a comfortable resting day after a long travel, our sleep was disturbed by the power outage.
