Great location, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t very good, but everything else was great. Would stay again!
-
Clean rooms, welcoming staff and they even left a gift basket with a hand written note in our room. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

The breakfast could have been better. Other than that, it was clean and everyone was friendly.

Room was great! Breakfast was delicious!

We wanted to stay at Angler’s Inn by Bass Pro. They were full but told us they refer people to Fairfield Marriott. It is in a bad area and felt stale. We didn’t stay the night and took the loss. I trusted the lady at Bass Pro without checking it out first. Lesson learned. Bad area. The lady at check in had repeated the info so much over her time there that we asked her to slow down twice which seemed to annoy her. The room felt stale and dated. She told us we couldn’t have a refund because we booked with an outside party. It felt depressing and we would rather take the loss than stay.

Shuttle bus pickup was the fastest I've ever had. The check in was quick. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast. Loved the noon check out time even though I had to leave at 10. It's nice not to be pressured

Very nice hotel. It was a little loud from the baseball team running throughout the hotel, but very nice.
-
Breakfast was awful. Waffle mix runny wouldn’t make good waffle. Eggs also runny. Sausage swimming in liquid. Even the coffee left a lot to be desired. My advice skip this breakfast Staff was friendly and courteous.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Clean and quiet. Needs were comfortable. We got great sleep and rest, and the free breakfast was nice.

Stayed here to visit a family member at a nearby hospital as we are from California. The hotel location is central to restaurants and stores so a good location. But this is a value hotel with no real amenities excepts for a small pool and gym. With that said, it is a much higher quality than other value hotels and well maintained. Front desk was friendly and so were the rest of the workers.

The bathroom was not clean, the tile was dirty. One of the curtains had some blood on it.
-
The pool for the price of a room was way to small and no hot tub.
-
Better Breakfast Options.

The ice machine on the 4th floor was not working.

Staff on-site was very courteous, kind, and helpful. Did have one snooty interaction by phone when I called about not being able to pre-check in with the app as an email suggested. The property was clean. Thankfully, the room was cool but since it is a "green" hotel, don't expect fast temperature changes if you like things cooler or warmer than normal. The breakfast was satisfactory though I thought it was overhyped on the website. I didn't use the pool or guest laundry, but the gym area was great. The best part of the stay was the quiet. The hotel was heavily booked during my 5 nights there but I literally heard no noise other than an occasional closing door nearby. You'll have a peaceful and nice stay there. I recommend Ziggy's (literally next door and an easy walk) for breakfast.

The air would turn off in the middle of the night, so when you woke up it was uncomfortable in the room. When we initially arrived in the room it was hot. The air wasn't turned on.

When we checked in we unloaded and went to the elevator, which did not have a button. The elevator was filthy. Got to the room and the door was super squeaky and hard to open especially with a load of luggage. The room was not vacuumed, the tables had old coffee rings, the stool was covered in brown spots and floor was so uneven it felt like you were drunk. The bathroom was awful. The soap tray had old crusted soap on it from who knows for how long, covered up by the makeup towel. The grout on the floor was so dirty it looked like a restaurant during a Friday night fish fry. Half anroll of toilet laler on each holder and no extra in the toom. The beds were meh. Next morning went to breakfast to find the glass/acrylic container for the breads covered in butter or jam. The hot "sandwiches" were prepackaged sausage biscuit in a warmer. There were no food allergy options. This place looked like a motel 6 on the inside, not the recognized, reputable name of Marriott. Disappointing
