Wonderful weekend trip, very clean property and family-friendly! Staff was helpful and pleasant we had lots of fun in the pool and splash pad.

Second time staying for 5 days. Love this hotel. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms clean. Always a hot breakfast that varies enough over a weeks stay. Convenient to eating and shopping venues. Easy access to I-44 and main arteries in Springfield. If you need early housekeeping or specific items, an early call gets you taken care of early. This is my go to stay in Springfield!

This place was super unique and vintage feeling-- so fun! I also was a big fan of the onyx shower and sinks. The decorative bed coverings were kind of old school in a gross way and it's located in a not so great neighborhood but it's gated so you're good as long as you don't leave. I'd stay again.

Wow affect. The lobby clean, beds smelled fresh, comfy bed, pillows are big and fluffy (bring own if your a side sleeper and like smaller pillow), plenty of towels, has soap/shampoo offered in rooms, shower head is a rainfall (it was okay) mine had some corrosion on head, bar was a nice nap cap to the evening, breakfast was hot offered French toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, fresh mixed fruit, Starbucks in lobby (extra pay), waffle maker, biscuits gravy, pastries, individual cereals, and juice boxes. Pool was clean and had great times to enjoy at leisure. Our Palms 🌴 room had a huge sliding back glass door to enjoy a night outside. Bad side was its not closed off so other guests walked it too and pass by the room. Some were loud. Big tv screen for some entertainment for kids. Decor was all clean not dusty or old. Water fountains were not all running but even the water was cleaner. Not a musty smell. Definitely would stay again. Staff was a big help since it was first time on property.

Nothing like a chain hotel-very tropical environment! Very good breakfast, lots of things to explore, walking distance to restaurants. We were without a car during our stay-restaurant/bar on site was reasonable & good!

Pros: The price - Our stay was very affordable. The decor - Very fun, retro, tropical vibe Room placement - our room was very accessible to the pool and the breakfast area. Cons: Upon entering, the front desk staff did not welcome us in, but rather continued a conversation between themselves, not looking up at us. Not a good first impression. We had leftover pizza in our refrigerator and a box of tissue in the bathroom with literally one tissue remaining. Also not a good first impression. Bathroom was very small. The stainless shower fixture was complicated - a handheld nozzle, a rain head, and another wall mounted head. Could have been very cool, but it took a while to figure it out, especially the kids. Instructions would have been nice. Also, the stainless finish had rust spots. The pools were nice, but not monitored. The indoor pool was full of unruly middle school/junior high kids without supervision (they brought the "wet floor" banana signs into the pool and proceeded to dump water OUT of the pool onto the concrete). Our grandkids did not feel comfortable with all the wild kids in the pool. Posted signs said anyone under 16 must have adult supervision, but clearly the hotel does not watch this. We were given bracelets for pool entry, but there was no one to check the entrance. Breakfast - lots of options, probably not the healthiest, but typical hotel breakfast fare.

Love staying at the Oasis. Great staff, comfortable rooms, love the gym and pools!

Clean, convenient location and moderately priced.

Every staff member we interacted with were kind, pleasant and helpful. Rooms appeared recently updated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Body lotion, soaps and hair products were all really nice! Both pools were nice (could be a few degrees warmer, lol). Breakfast was great. Dinner at Fire and Ice was delicious! I loved the tropical decor of the hotel. I felt very safe on the property. They gave us a cute and useful doggie goodie bag for our dog.

Very nice and unique.

Aaron made the check in process so easy and quick. He informed me of everything the hotel had to offer from the restaurant to the pool area. He let me know where I could walk my dogs and he also provided them a “ doggy” gift bag. Aaron was amazing he is a truly genuinely nice person.
