Could use taller toilets

The food was great. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

Beautiful place to stay. We were very happy with everything. We used the gym, which was great, it had nice machines and free weights. The breakfast was very good and the beds were sooooo comfortable. And the shower was so nice and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again if given the chance

The breakfast and dinners are always good at Drury when I have stayed. The kids love this brand of hotels and we tend to always stay here. Nothing has been an issue so far.

This hotel is close to a lot of different things, we needed to be near the fair grounds for our stay and this was just down the street. The pool was great! They put us in a room by the elevator. So we could hear all the guests coming and going on our floor. A guest made us feel uncomfortable during breakfast, not necessarily the hotels fault but I've never had an incident like that occur at any other hotel.

Hotel was in a good location, near lots of restraunts. There were homeless people near the street, but inside felt safe. It was clean and comfortable, even though it is an older building.

Comfortable place to stay. Great staff and amenities.

The rioms were clean and spacious bathrooms,love the happy hour with drinks and food

My recommendation would be to have a bench available in the accessible showers

I loved all the amenities! The hotel I normally stay at was booked so I tried Drury and I think it is my new favorite when I'm in Springfield.

An improvement would be to install taller toilets. As a senior, such low toilets make going to the restroom uncomfortable. I felt like I was going to fall trying to get that low.

We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious. Maddie at the check in desk went above and beyond! N/a

The staff was outstanding! They were always kind & pleasant. And when my key card would not work, they came right to my room to fix it & went out of their way to help. And offered to discount my room. I’ll be back. You folks need to build Drury motels out west!!! Thank you

Wether was not the best and due to lightning pool was closed down for a bit! However we understood that completely! They did get it opened back up when it was clear and we appreciated that very much! Staff was GREAT! Food was GREAT as well!! Definitely the hotel of our choice and what we recommend to our friends and family!

kick back was awesome.

The breakfast was gross - cold and unappetizing. The area was not very clean and it was spread out too much to see all the food being offered. This property looked very ghetto to me.
