Didn't stay there, it was closed. Didn't stay there, it was closed.

The night staff, which was only 1 person, could of very easily walked away or could of lost her mind, had to handle a few different situations at once. She remained calm, cool and collected. I honestly don't know her name ( no name tags) was what I liked the most The wifi was very poor. Their was no complimentary breakfast what so ever ( because their truck order haven't shown up) not even coffee, because their were no coffee cups in the whole entire hotel not even the rooms had any cups ( because the truck order hadn't shown up)

We had just drove 5 hrs and we were exhausted otherwise I would have left the first night. The entire hotel looked like crap and the beds were extremely uncomfortable with dirty looking sheets, blankets, and pillows. After the first night I found a different hotel to stay at, I did not want my daughter in that hotel any longer. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I liked nothing. it's a nasty place, and I don't know how they are renting rooms in that condition . EVERYTHING!

During our check-in there was a woman wanting to know the room number of a guest staying at the hotel, the gentleman couldn't give out the information but did call the guest for whom the woman was inquiring, without an answer. He told the woman he could go down to her room once he wasn't busy. Thee woman stepped aside so we could check-in. The gentleman checking us in was very pleasant and deserves to be working somewhere better. While being checked in, two men came into the lobby demanding a refund and showed a picture to the employee. I didn't see the picture but the men were clearly upset. After checking in and giving us directions to our room we went to investigate. Upon opening the door there was an unpleasant, wet odor. Thankfully we were wearing shoes, it looked like the room had been shampooed and was so wet. Continuing to look around, the bed covers I'm assuming had been white at one point was a dingy non-white and one pillow. While my husband went to look at the bathroom, I looked at the chair and ac unit. The chair which should have been a burgundy color was covered in green. Not embroidered, but green mold with growing spores all over, primarily on the arms. The ac unit had black mold on it. In the bathroom, the turnknobs had been removed and there were two gaping holes in the wall. There wasn't an option to take a shower if we were stupid enough to stay there.

This place was horrible. The pictures did not match the rooms. Our room was filthy. Tub was broke. No one would ever be at the front desk. Had to go back 3 times to get keys to work
-
It's close to things They tried claiming a prior reservation made June 16th for early check in wasn't in the system I rebooked prepaid same day went to check in only for the front desk person to confirm it was there the whole time so I would have had to pay a higher rate in person when I got there

No working wife,, no breakfast, janky window no water in pool even tho they said free Wi-Fi and breakfast then u get here and Wi-Fi don’t work and to lazy to make breakfast

Nothing. I place very dirty and not safe. I actually gave the front desk my key and I got a room in a hotel next door and I paid for it. You shouldn't have what you gave me on website.

Some of the staff was really nice My bed smelled like urine it was supposed to be a no smoking but smelled like cigarettes and on the back side the guest they had was high and junkies didn’t have hot water most the time. How you have waffles with no syrup??!

Not a thing. Disgusting. That booking.com would sponsor Quality inn and suites. That hotel was complete mess to the point I wanted to leave 5 minutes after I arrived but could not due to the cancellation policy. I paid for two days but left after one. I'll never stay at s Quality inns and suites ever again and be careful when using booking.com. Extremely sad to have trusted booking.com judgement and lack of vetting the disgusting hotel. Thanks

Nothing Where to start, had paid 463.00 for a 4 night stay my truck was broke into. Filed a police report and supposedly their cameras weren't working .continental breakfast was hard toast and generic jelly.. the pool was closed for maintenance issues, there was no trash can in the room. Housekeeping didn't bother to bring extra linens or fresh towels. Had to wait 45 mins to check in when the room was supposed to be ready. There was a drug raid in the room next to us at 230 am.. it's a crazy place.Would of rated it lower if the option was available. Waste of time and money.. should of got a refund .. grrr

It was absolutely horrible. We had to leave all 3 rooms and find another place to stay. Dirty rooms smelled like mildew and mold. Bare mattresses missing bedding. Trash was left in rooms. Also saw bugs in room and didn't stay long enough to identify them. At least the front desk clerk did not object to us leaving and requesting a refund. It seems like this happens often.

I want my money back The fact that booking.com won't refund me my money

I opted for early check in and staff was really rude when I got there asking for my room as it had already been requested and approved on the app .I had to wait an hour B4 being updated after the front desk attendant told me it would be 15 more minutes Avery 15 minutes.

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!! On day 1 I had to wait over 6 hours to get towels and wash clothes. I came into my room, and there was food in the microwave, and didn’t even work. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out. The room had not been cleaned properly. The water was shut off for up to 2 hours 3 days in a row. My kids had black feet from the filthy carpet. There were holes in the walls, the toilet didn’t flush properly. The coffee maker in room was broken, couldn’t get a replacement. So I had to go buy my own. There was absolutely no housekeeping. Until the last two days I was there. I had to vacuum my own room, hunt down my own bedding to change. On my second day there, the manager asked me if I could do housekeeping. The power was out for a hole day,and management never contacted me to report the problem, matter of fact when I came back to the hotel, there was absolutely no one there not even the manger. The bedding I had received was stained, the mattress were filthy when I went,to change my bedding. The list could go on and on,but that’s the majority of it. The way this hotel presented its self on line, was the complete opposite of what,my family and I experienced while staying here. We spent almost $800 dollars for 10 days,I am extremely disappointed.
