Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Springfield - I-44 by IHG

Our room was off the courtyard but was so quiet. I am pretty picky about where we stay but would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful hotel- it was a last minute stay for us, but we are glad we picked this spot. The staff were very accommodating, we showed up at midnight and have our young kids with us. Great stay!

Very clean and quiet. Really nice sports bar with great staff. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and parking was easily accessible. The bed and pillows were absolutely the best we've ever slept on! The breakfast buffet was really good, but was not included in the regular price of our room. There was an upcharge for it, but worth it.

Alise in the breakfast room was very accommodating and friendly. Sailu at front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel wasn’t too bad. It was clean enough but could be better. The hotel is older and with updates done but is a little rough. It was definitely not what I usually see from Holiday Inn.

Pillows need replacing or additional treatment to smell fresh.

Everything was as expected. Breakfast option is alittle crazy because all they offer is a continental breakfast that you have to pay 12.95 for if your going to make people pay have a better breakfast option then what other hotels offer for free

Quick check in and check out. Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Parking lot was very full only downside.

Good hotel…good food at the bar with a friendly bar staff

This was our first stay at this hotel, but not our last. The property was clean and the staff was very nice EXPECIALLY THE BARTENDERS. The food was awesome, and they paid attention to my food allergies. I give it 10 out of 10

Good parking. Room was excellent! clean, spacious.

I love the location as it is right off the interstate. It is very clean and well maintained inside and out.

The property is different upon arrival than what you see online when you are booking the stay. I felt bamboozled! I booked a double room having a king in one bedroom with two queens in the other bedroom. I did not realize that there would only be one bathroom and that was a major issue as my husband and I had four of our children with us. One bathroom in two bedrooms is unacceptable. It looked as if there had been water damage in several areas and they just covered it up with the wallpaper. Instead of having an electrican come in and properly put in an appropriate outlet they plugged in large oversized plug-ins to place the coffee pot plug, lamps, and so on. It seemed very inappropriate for people with small children who could easily play with said plugs. The only part of this hotel that had been updated was the front entrance where you check-in. The outside looks nothing like the online pictures. It's not been maintained and it is rundown.

The manager e was doing the checking in of the guests and he was very rude and unhelpful.

This hotel had last minute rooms available on Memorial Day weekend. This is an older building that would have been fun in its prime. HVAC air smelled musty and carpet kept me fighting my mold allergy all night. The inner courtyard has fake ivy poorly placed some tipping out with the plastic handle showing. No working ice machine on our fifth floor area.

It was halfway put together. A strange place and food poor.
