Drug addicts all around the hotel, killed a cockroach in the room, no free wifi (even though it is advertised at the front desk), no free house keeping, front desk takes 30 minutes on average to be seen/attended to, room smelled strongly like cigarettes, trash outside of exit doors was always overfull and cooking in the sun
-
Air conditioner leaked and large puddles of water under unit . Got bedding and bags wet

Not clean. AC barely worked, it ran all night to finally get to room temperature. Room was next to staircase, so was constantly woken up by the door slamming starting at 1am until 10am, 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered

Nothing The blood in both rooms i was moved to. The dirty floors. The unkind staff. The drugs being dealt at the hotel. The disrespectful men catcalling me. The dirty qtips all over the facility. And the lack of any cooking item or coffee and the fact I had to pay to get a new towel. It was the worst experience I've had. And I stay at hotels throughout my life frequently.

The back door didn't work, it was always left open.

Lady at the Front Desk was extremely rude

Just the basics, mostly construction crews staying here. Bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile.

You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time. Finally, ask for a room as far away from the stair case or the elevator as possible. I was stuck in a room adjacent to the stairwell and had to listen to the slamming door too much for my liking. People talking in full voice in the hallways, I suppose is not on the hotel but people can be so inconsiderate. I will not subject myself to the same experience again at any price.

I wouldn’t pay for what we did again for this hotel. The property is poorly maintained. While they have a kitchenette in the room, the utensils and pots and pans came at an additional cost. The bathroom was gross. We didn’t even take a shower because the floor of the tub was rusted. The toilet was rusted as well. There was no hand soap for either sink, bathroom and kitchen. The room was very loud, the ac unit sounded like a woodpecker was banging on it all night. We would not come back again.

I needed a late check out and the staff told me that I could not be helped in that matter

When I first got to my room, there weren't any batteries in my TV remote, when I went downstairs to the front desk to let them know, there was a line of people waiting to check in and no one at the desk or answering the phone for assistance. When I finally got batteries on my remote, the TV wasn't working. I didn't want to go back down to the front desk because I didn't want to wait there all night for someone to help me. When I was checking out, again no one at the desk with people waiting for assistance. We can hear people talking in the room behind the desk, but no one answering our calls for help. Finally I had to go back into the door and went to the cleaning room with the door open and the front desk woman was just sitting there talking. I asked is there anyone up front, and I was met with a very rude, "me" I said there are people waiting. She rolls her eyes and finally went to help the people that were waiting. Never staying here again.
