A very clean but dated hotel. Staff was very friendly and provided easy check in.

Location Room smelled bad and was extremely humid. Had to ask to change rooms because of smell and it was dirty. New room wasn’t any better. Pictures online are not from this location.

The location. It's a beautiful little neighborhood. Nothing. It's a nice clean room.

We had a group and stayed in multiple rooms. The rooms were fine. But we did see a cockroach in the hallway. So makes you wonder what we didn’t see. The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The rooms themselves were fine but the roach left us with a bad feeling.

They allow pets- yet it’s not safe for them. Their grassy area is full of sand burrs/stickers. Painful. The breakfast is ok.

It was comfor the most part The lady that checked us in started with an attitude. Then we got to the room and it smelled like mildew and the bathroom smelled like rotten milk

The property was ok. It was not clean. The ice machine on the first floor was filthy and slimmy. Room 118 has mold all over the ceiling. The bathroom smelled like someone urinated on the walls and never cleaned. The wall between the two beds had lots of mold buildup and on the carpet. So I managed to get a different room. It smelled so bad in that room.

Our first night there was horrible due to the a/c not working. We had it set on the lowest setting but it was still warmer than in the hallway. Thankfully they switched our room with no problem

Indoor pool, nice clean room No elevator and pool closes early should atleast be open till midnight

The morning employees were all very nice. There was a musty smell in my room. Breakfast was good. Well maintained.

Awesome place very clean staff very friendly. The free breakfast was very good and was kept clean and full during time of breakfast. I go to Springfield quite often this will be my go to Motel for SURE. Top notch place to stay. Oh it smelled awesome very clean.
