Sleep Inn Springfield South I60 near Medical District

you can hear every noise and the hot tub was under construction not available for use. Smells a bit musty in the room. overall pretty clean, just older in need of some updates.

Hotel was outdated. Needs more ventilation. Floors dirty. Hotel has musty smell.

Room was good. Just a quick night's stay. Staff was fantastic and helpful.

Clean rooms, quiet which is what we needed on our one stop.

Hotel room was clean. Hot tub was closed for work and it was a bit dated on the main areas but staff was fairly friendly. I will say they could probably be a little more professional as far as conversations while customers are around.

Excellent location easy on easy off the highway; downside is there should be more parking near the door so you don’t have to walk near as far in the dark

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel. Will definitely keep this chain in mind when needed. Pleasant stay in this Springfield Mo. hotel.

Wifi didn't work.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was terrific. Just be aware that the 3:00 check in time means the office does not open till 3:00. We got to the hotel at 2:00 and had to sit around till 3:00 to check in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Price was right!

Hot tub is cold! Pool was warm.

Booked this hotel because they had a hot tub. It was out of order and water was BROWN! I was there 4 nights and it was never fixed. But when the water was cleaner I could see that the condition of the interior was horrific.. . . Lots of the gunnite covering actually gone! I wouldn’t have gotten in at all even if it was working. The staff just shrugged and a partial refund was not an option. Room was clean but small and NO microwave. Won’t stay there again even tho the location was convenient.

The property was old and run down but the room was clean and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable.

Booked for two nights, told us room was half way down hall from elevator it was all the way 2 doors from end of hall, had 2 completely handicapped people with me, they locked us out of room the very first morning had to make several trips to desk, it's not very handicapped at all like I was told. Handicapped parking far away from entry. Room very very small. I wouldn't recommend at all for handicapped. Our trip was very stressful due to room.

Great location, friendly and professional stuff. Good breakfast, more than we expected. Biscuits /gravy/ eggs /fruit/ceralls and drinks . We were pleased with bed . Very comfortable, unusual for hotels . Big plus

The location was the best part, the hotel is near to everything I needed while I was there (within walking distance, even). Easy to find and hosted amenities which fully met my expectations. It turned out to be a comfortable stay. The only "negative" thing I would say was the TV in my room. I wasn't overly attached to using the TV anyway, so it didn't ruin my stay or anything. I managed fine, it's just not the most exciting television situation.
