Sleep Inn Springfield South I60 near Medical District

Well maintained fine staff clean quiet. All good. I didn’t eat breakfast there so ???

Great location for all things Springfield and Wilson's Creek Civil War Battlefield. Great breakfast. Hot high pressure showers. Comfortable beds and quiet environment. Staff was really helpful and nice. NA

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was great. Very convenient location for travelers - places to eat and gas up so nearby.

Hot tub was down for renovation but that was all. Everything eles, especially front desk was wonderful.

The room smelled like mildew. The pool looked dirty. The hot tub was completely out of order. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00 AM but when we went to breakfast at a quarter till nine, there were no biscuits out and the gravy was gone the lady handling the breakfast room finally put biscuits out, but stated that she was not going to make any more sausage gravy because that would take 20 minutes. The coffee tasted like old instant Nescafé. I did not seek the help of management about the lady taking care of breakfast because at that point I would not have trusted eating it. I would not stay at the Sleep Inn again and I would not seek to stay in a different Sleep Inn after experiencing this one. We had friends with us that had three separate rooms. The one set of friends went and got Lysol from the front desk to spray in the room because it stunk so bad. And another set of friends his bed stunk so he asked them to change the bedding they changed the bedding and it still stunk and discovered that it was the mattress pad topper that smelled like somebody’s funky BO once they changed that out, he was able to sleep in the bed.

I was very disappointed for the price that we paid. It was dirty. Smelled like weed stunk in the front desk. Coworker did not know how to do anything.

The hotel and staff were top of the game. The only complaint that we had due our stay was that the breakfast was never stocked. The person working it acted like they wanted to not put much out so it was easy to clean at the end. If there was 1 muffin avail, they would wait til someone took that muffin and then put one more out. Once the gravy ran out they did not make any more. Could go on and on but you get the picture.

I had a good stay. Very little frills but everything I needed. Breakfast was good each day. I was disappointed the hot tub was not in use. The internet connection was also a little frustrating at times.
