Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield

Great! I love staying with the Marriotts. Always my first choice.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at, & we’ve stayed at A Lot for work!! Staff is awesome & ever nice!! We will absolutely be staying here from now on!!

Good location, updated facilities, clean We kept having issues with plumbing

This property is outstanding in every way...

Nothing

Exceptional

We were shocked at how great our room was and the amenities - we could live there! Seriously it was like a condominium room we have stayed in, excellent. There was only one problem, being a handicapped room the shower curtain was not long enough so a shower flooded the bathroom and there you are mopping it up before you slip and hurt yourself.... It's not as large as the last Marriot in Murray where that was no problem, they had a small ramp preventing it as well. It was a larger bathroom there.

We loved this Residence Inn - very convenient location to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Very clean, quiet, and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

Very nice place

The location was perfect only 20-30mins from anywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was good, clean and workers were on top of keeping the food filled. I like everything! The only thing we missed in our room was trash bags. But that is completely minor.

Clean easy to get in and out of the property front desk friendy

We got there about an hour before check in as our plans were canceled for rain. Staff was quick to get our room ready and let us check in

The room was very nice and I was very happy with the everything provided in the room. The stovetop, dishwasher, and refrigerator were very nive and definitely exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was very nice and clean. I didnt like that I had to request trash bags that was definitely a new one for me. The door to our room was also really hard to open and it slammed shut really loud. I just felt a bit bad for our neighbors to be honest.

The exceeded our expectations. And the breakfast the next morning was absolutely fabulous. We highly recommend this establishment.

The upgrade was nice but didn't help us, a price decrease would have been better. Room and amenities were nice. It didn't take much effort to find parking and get to and from the room. Nice breakfast available compared to others. AC sounded like an idling freight train.
