Breakfast was delicious!

The place is very clean. They charge you $5 a day for parking. It’s not that big of a deal but no one told me at check in. There are no signs or information about it. They just charged my card that was supposed to be for incidentals. I just like to know when it’s going to be charged and it would have been nice if he had told me when I checked in. I only found out when I checked out and got my receipt. I had to call back to figure out what it was for.

The breakfast bar had a lot of variety and the waffles were delicious! Staff was very kind. Room was clean. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel was great. I was surprised by the $5/day parking fee. I usually don't check on free parking because most hotels that I book allow it. I would suggest the hotel just add it to the total room price rather than showing it separately because it is a bit frustrating to see that I have to pay to park at a hotel where the majority of the people have a car. Again, I know it's a small detail but they need to bundle that in so at least guests think they have free parking. Extra fees annoy everyone.

Lovely room! Wonderful set up! The front desk staff couldn't be more accommodating. Highly recommend!

Clean property with great breakfast

We stayed in room 335, a double queen bed suite. The bathroom door did not shut the whole way, there was cobwebs on the lamp in the living area, staff never came by in the two days we were there to bring us fresh towel, we had to go ask for some. The doors were smudged with finger prints, and the top of the refrigerator was dirty. Not a great experience for the price I paid.

Breakfast was pretty good, the rooms were clean and well maintained. They did charge a $5 parking fee that wasn’t mentioned. Not a huge fan of that. Especially since they didn’t ask me if I parked there and any info about my vehicle.

Breakfast was incredible and the staff was very friendly.

Really enjoyed staying here - great location, competitive rates, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Springfield.

Room very clean and bathroom shower had great water pressure

Urine, tv and remote did not work, the carpet floor was moist and smelled. Everything was dingy and outdated. The AC didn’t work well. They didn’t even put hand soap at the sink where you wash your hands and put a water bottle in the kitchen but wrapped a $5 price tag around it. I will NEVER stay here again. I spent over $200 for this room. Ridiculous !

Very nice stay and good breakfast.

We had a studio with kitchenette. Everything was great. Could have used a 12C. coffee pot. Btreakfast was more than sufficient- typical hotel food.
