Staff were very kind and inside room was also very clean and comfortable

Room is clean, large space. Breakfast was awesome.

Great staff, super clean, great breakfasts, and up-to-date, modern amenities. Plus, the rooms are all suites and provide comfortable area to relax or work, separate from the bedroom area. Whether you’re traveling by yourself or with a family, you won’t feel cramped.

I have stayed in various Marriott properties, but this was my first Springhill...I was very pleased by the room and the hotel's amenities. I am looking forward to having a reason to be back in town and stay here again soon.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Only one regular coffee packet in the room but I didn’t ask for one since there was fresh coffee down in the lobby

The air conditioner went out in the middle of the night so the stay was terrible. Management did nothing about it when it was reported the next morning. Management's lack of response to the problem.

Very nice place to stay. The room was great. They had a very nice gym and a small indoor pool. The place was impeccably clean. The breakfast was decent.

I’m extremely picky about hotels and I had zero complaints about this place. It was wonderful. Especially impressed with the breakfast. And the beds and bedding were soooo comfortable.
