Best Western Plus Grand Manor Inn

Nice large room but the air conditioner was very noisy. Loved the coffee dispenser that would make lattes and mochas. Good breakfast but the bananas were too ripe

Best stay for families

Room was fine. Newer in condition. In room coffee machine did not work until determined the hidden plug was not plugged into an outlet. Fellow travelers in separe room had same issue. Breakfast was normal for class. Coffee was only availabkr from automated machine. Too slow for breakfast buffet. Overall experience was good but not great.

When I had an issue with original room, it was handled immediately and professionally!! Impressed!! Thank you.

Room was very clean and staff were very helpfully. Definitely stay here again if I’m the area!!!

Regrettably, the breakfast time was changed to 7 am from 6 am start and we needed to leave before

Our room however was near the lobby and the lobby music was so loud all day/evening. When asked to turn it down to they said it was company policy to have it that loud until 10pm. The nice person at the desk did get it some lower before then on our request. The shower was clean but when the people above flushed the toilet there was a rush of cold water. Lastly the breakfast needed to be stocked more often - when we arrived no one was monitoring it and items were empty that we had hoped to have. We were glad to stay in a clean and kind place however were disappointed in the noise

It was clean and comfortable

Hallways could use a touch up on vacuuming. No yogurts at breakfast. Ice machine on level 3 out of service and lots of towels at the bottom of the only lobby machine working. Lobby/entry bathroom out of commission. Yikes, kind of a long list.

Smells weird

Short drive from U of O, a couple of decent food options near by, clean rooms (also very large / spacious rooms). Complimentary breakfast was good.

Pool was closed and ice machine was out of service, but everything else was great!! Will stay again for sure.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean breakfast was fresh, hot and very good something for everyone.

There was black mold in our bathroom

It’s a great place to stay at the shower pressure could be better that could be a little bit softer. It’s in a great location. Every time we come and visit family. This is somewhere we like to stay this time though I did find a dirty towel hung behind the door that I think was missed by housekeeping.

Property was well maintained and staff were very friendly

Staff always friendly and room always clean. Great value.
