This hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff at check in were friendly and quite helpful. Restaurants within walking distance were very good. I was able to get a good nights sleep as I had an early flight. Eugene airport is just a 15 min. drive. Does not include breakfast.

Was told upon checking they didn’t have the proper room for us, we had reserved a king suite and they only had 2 double rooms, they asked if this was okay and I said preferably not, and how a partial refund would work since we pre-paid for the king suite. They said they couldn’t do partial refunds and would see if they could find a room… about 10 minutes later we had our original king room. Very odd experience to check in.

Elevator wasn't working so had to use stairs to carry our luggage to the room. Air conditioner was very noisy.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express probably 2 dozen times over the last two decades. Our extended family has stayed there for two family gatherings because of my recommendation. We appreciate the location, facilities and staff. I was dismayed that the hotel recently changed its policy to remove in room coffee makers unless requested, stated in small print on a small sign. The new coffee brand was not as good as old one. We won’t stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.
