Spark by Hilton Springfield Eugene

Spark was very well situated in the area near the freeway. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. They offered a continental breakfast which excluded hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal and they have oat milk as an option for those who cannot do milk. They offer coffee 24/7. The room was very clean. They have updated phone charging units. Blackout shades. Elevator.

Great service.

Exceptional

Nice rooms, really clean nicely located next to a gas station and a Denny's. The breakfast was a good quality, liked the eggs, buy having some sort of warm eggs and adding avocados would be golden Probably nothing you can change, but the occupants directly above us were really loud. It sounded like a heard of elephants up there, in the morning, banging things and they all seemed to be walking heavily on their heals? Other than them the rest of the place seemed really quiet.

Exceptional

It was alright. House cleaning is only every other day but you can go ask for towels if you need it. Definitely a renovated cheaper spot. Feels a little “landlord special”-y but room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was helpful. Hard to complain too much for the price

Superb

The bed and pillows were the only complaint.

Clean

They helped my accommodations last minute and the breakfast was amazing. All so clean. Loved the shower.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good location, clean room, comfortable bed,

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable Nothing

The receptionists were extremely friendly and the room was very clean, couldn’t have asked for more!

Nice place and lots of food choices nearby.

The staff was friendly You could tell immediately it was an old hotel that was re-done. The room smelt a bit musty and the AC was terrible. We had it down to 60 the whole time and it was still warm. We ended up having to buy a fan for the second night, as it was so warm

Nice clean room and friendly staff. I was only down to care for my daughter after surgery so I was only there to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. Not luxury but not cheap feeling either. It was just right for the cost.

First stay at a Spark. Love it and will use them again when traveling. very clean and spacious room.

It's right off the interstate for easy access, staff was super friendly and breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. We were also able to park our RAM truck and 10ft trailer on the property, though the parking lot is small. Our room was spotless and clean, beds were comfortable. We heard traffic at all hours of the night, even with closed windows. Bring some ear plugs if this would disturb your sleep.
