Spark by Hilton Springfield Eugene

The room, bed, and pillows were very comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful with questions. We had a good night's sleep and would stay again. The only thing was our shampoo was out in the shower and we could have called down to get more but we were fine due to only staying one night.

This is a basic motel. No pool. It’s several years old but has been maintained well. The room was clean and all items were in working order. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a Target. Would stay here again.

It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms had no coffee pot and the lobby coffee didn't offer half and half creamer. They only offer high sugar cream. Also, breakfast is only cereal or bagels. Everything high processed and high sugar. There are no options for people with dietary restrictions to sugar. The room above us was very loud late at night and early morning. You could hear the floor creak with every step. It sounded like people running.

Proper door security. Comfy mattress, linings, pillows. Plenty of hangers with good space for clothing. Should provide complimentary bottles of water and kettle. Should provide good quality toilet tissue, towels, and washcloths. Breakfast could have been better selections. Fast check in, check out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very busy with a bus stop in front of the hotel. This made the area feel unsafe in the evening. There were many shops and dining options nearby.

Accessible Good- needs attention to toilet.. Ran/made noise frequently in the night. Breakfast bar needs better attention..however quick response from management Overall 4 stars

If we knew we would have planned to head out earlier to get a better breakfast elsewhere. It was extremely clean though.

This property was located in a perfect spot. Quiet and really well cleaned.

Check in isn't until 3 but when I called and asked for early check in because I had to be at a wedding 100 miles away at 3:30 they said no problem 😊 excellent service!!!!

Comfortable room, great staff

Love to stay love the convenience of where it’s located love the new remodel. The only problem I had was people up above me were stomping around and very loud from 3 o’clock in the morning till 5 o’clock in the morning I called the front desk and they took care of it. I was so grateful.

Nice sized room; comfortably fitting two adults. Seemed pretty clean. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff were exceptional!! There was minimal noise. Very close to the areas we were there to visit. The breakfast options were limited and the coffee wasn't always hot.

television access was restricted. you could not watch apps such as netflix, disney+, etc unless you had all your personal passwords from your home subscriptions. We were not told this and it was not on the website. In the one case we were able to get our login information the tv would not accept it and wanted us to subscribe in order to watch it.
