Holiday Inn Express Eugene - Springfield by IHG

Very clean and well maintained.

The staff we worked with at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was well presented and had lots of options. The location is great. We hadn't been there for a couple of years and the finishes in our room were looking a little worn around the edges, but the bed was great, firm enough, but not uncomfortable!

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. However there was one small cocroach above my headboard when I went to bed. But I eould definetly stay here again.

10/10 this is where I’ll be staying everytime! The breakfast changed daily and it was delicious everytime. The staff were sooo nice! The parking was spacious even though it was easily accessible it seemed very safe. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping came by daily. Like I said 10/10 no issues!

The room was nice but the TV was much too far away to be viewed. The breakfast was not up to the standards we have experienced at other properties. The chairs being slid in and out from the tables on the tile floor was so disturbing that it was difficult to talk over. I resorted to earplugs on the second morning. Also, we had a very bad experience with noisy guests above us. We had hoped for a room on the top floor but were told there were none available for the type of room we requested (king bed).

Having had a very long, hard day at a construction site, I was looking forward to being able to soak in the hot tub for a few minutes last evening. Unfortunately, when I entered the pool area, the place was swarming with roughly 30 younger unsupervised kids. Even the hot tub was overflowing with kids. Sadly, I was forced to give up the hot tub idea and I returned to my room. I was looking forward to a nice breakfast, which I normally receive at any Holiday Inn Express I visit. Unfortunately, that was not to be this morning. I went down to breakfast shortly before 8:00. To my dismay, except for the sausages, every other "hot pan" had cold food. I was looking forward to having an omelet or two. They might have as well as having been just pulled from a refrigerator. They were COLD. The only reason the sausage was hot was because the staff member had just come out to refill the sausage tray. The bottom line is that the price I paid for the night was not worth what I experienced. I am extremely disappointed with what I experienced at the Springfield Holiday Inn Express.

Clean and comfortable, nice full draw curtain to keep light out. Breakfast was little less than desirable and Matt could use a lesson in how to be polite. Front staff were all very nice and helpful.

Great service! Clean property very quiet area. Room looked quickly cleaned but it worked.

Enjoyed the stay and the gym!

We enjoyed the stay, located in a nest of other hotels we loved the friendly hospitality clean spacious room and comfortable beds! The complementary breakfast was way more than we expected!

I will always check this hotel first for availability and price when traveling to Eugene/Springfield.

It was good just overly priced.

Clean rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Indoor pool and hot tub. Very nice included breakfast. Friendly staff and many restaurants nearby.

Everything was great, the only thing that needed to be looked at was the sink, it drained very slowly but everything else was really nice.

Easy fast overnight stay for my family! Staff was super nice and the hotel was very clean. Beds were even pretty comfy!
