Good location, poor customer engagement. The gentleman at the front desk was rude when we checked in and when I checked out the clerk did not say one word to me. The shower curtain needs to be changed, it had soap scum all along the bottom of the curtain. The bathroom floor needed to be swept and the bedside table had rings on the table from the previous occupants glass.

Location near the Casino and Arch is nice, but the room was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom walls like when you tap out a razor, stains on the floor and furniture. Room safe was smashed up and the control panel torn off. Stayed here in 2019 and it was nice so that's why I chose it again. But the quality has gone down, the price has gone up, and with the Resort Fee they still charge, it's more expensive than is worth it for the quality. Staff were very nice though and obviously wanted to help, so that was good.

The location was ok, walkable to Busch stadium if need be. We walked back after a concert. It was slightly sketchy but felt comfortable because we were in a group. I wouldn’t necessarily want to walk back alone in the dark. It is right on the river so the river view was cool! When we got into our room, the AC was not working. Which, maintenance staff promptly came to fix/replace. We did find a cockroach on the sink that is out side the bathroom. This was pointed out to maintenance and he took a photo (as did I) and removed for us. We did not see any other bugs.

I used to stay at this hotel when it was the lumiere. I used to stay there annually when they used to have a pool and a microwave inside every room. Now they don't have either. I was totally disappointed. I will never stay there again.

Rooms very big and comfortable. Shuttle to game is nice. Extra charge to check in early, is ridiculous, if they have rooms available. Then you wouldn't have to stand in a mile long line to check in a 4pm. It would also be nice if there was a microwave somewhere in the hotel to use. It's a shame the bar isn't open during the week when there is a Cardinal game.

The room was very spacious, with two TVs and a fridge, and the bed was comfy. The parking was just across the street, and the location was prime, close to the Gateway Arch National Park and within walking distance to restaurants. The resort fees were $24, but overall, the room was very nice.

One of the staff members at the front desk was not friendly. Also check in at 4pm was a nightmare. Not enough staff to check in and had to wait for over 40 minutes in line. Disappointed also with no pool or complimentary breakfast.
