I don’t really have anything specific to say. Nice quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Fast check-in , clean room, staff super nice and bar in lobby was sweet with lots of cozy seating arrangements. Walking distance to the arch. Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen was superb food and service.

What didn’t like was that we stopped early an they were going to charge us $15.00 extra to get in early, which was no problem but then they said the room was not ready so came back at 4:00 an room still not ready. Said they would call when cleaned 1.4 hours later I went back up to ask to see if room was ready, it was but no call an they said they were busy—don’t say you are going to call if you are not. Also we were late to meet at the Cardinals game so was not real happy with the check in. I asked if they were going to compensate us since they were going to do that to us.Needless to say it didn’t start our vacation out well!!

Lots of room, common areas very nice, parking reasonably close, and staff very polite. Some loose drugs on the seat of a chair, no hand towels or wash cloths. Just one bath towel.

Our room was between an over pass and the elevator. Dried blood on the hotel sheets. Window blind did not close all the way. Staff upcharged for arriving 40 min early. Shower was eaither scalding or freezing. Hotel safe wouldnt work. Homeless gathered out property. Poor stay. Try somewhere else!

How close it was to the Arch and downtown. The fact that there are no restaurants in the hotel. There is a skywalk to get you next door to the casino, but the restaurants there weren’t always open.

Very nice comfortable affordable near site seeing, gateway arch and Budweiser brewery to name a couple. Needs a restaurant other than one in casino.

Location and walking distance to restaurants in Ceasars casino. No coffee or breakfast is offered at the hotel.

Although it arrived after our checkout time they allow us to wait within the hotel.
