I am only taking off one star since the room did not have a microwave. It had a refrigerator, but not a microwave. It would have been nice to have it to heat up food/leftovers instead we had to eat cold leftovers. Additionally, I did not always feel the front staff was the friendliest or most welcoming....could be a little more cheerful. Especially coming from the South, I'm used to Southern hospitality and friendliness an approaching the front desk sometimes seemed like I was bothering them---at least that was the vibe I got.

Beds were okay. Liked the room layout and view. All hand sanitizers empty in hotel . Bathroom outside of Morton's steakhouse had soap in one of four dispensers and the paper towel dispensers did not work at all. Hallway in the horseshoe casino perimeter had big gaping holes in the ceiling showing all the mechanics. Lamp in the luminaire hotel room has a USB port that doesn't work has three prong outlets that are so loose nothing will work in them. Shower is rust colored crusty in the corners. Lack of luggage carts. Going off your floor for ice. For the expense I expected better upkeep.

The charge to check in at 3:46 was 15 dollars, then when I had to use the restroom it was under construction… I have to wait until 4 to check in.. seems silly to do that to the customers

Employees were not helpful and the tvs had no signal and we were told it was because of a storm. We had been at the hotel for 24 hours and we hadn’t experienced any storms. We had to ask for a crib multiple times before checking in and after. They screwed up who had the rooms. Outside the casino in the hall walking to restaurants was very smoky. We will not be returning to the property.

My biggest issue was my non-smoking room, in fact the entire floor was supposed to be non-smoking smelt extremely strongly of cigarette smoke. It got into my clothes. I even felt like I tasted it in the water. It was terrible. Additionally, there is no breakfast breakfast or even complementary coffee available beyond the coffee maker in your room. If you want either of those things you have to walk down to the horseshoe casino where there’s a Starbucks. And of course, the horseshoe is very much a smoking aloud kind of place.

The outer room with table and loveseat was nice. The beds comfortable the shower and bath nice. I was not expecting an extra $24 casino fee added. Nor that the pool closed 5 years ago. Both errors r supposedly some other websites fault for not updating. The real problem is there was no breakfast supplied and there r not enough restaurants close enough to make up for it. My walking GPS kept me going in circles. Some of the staff were amazing and some were quite the opposite. No mediocre employees. The casino smelled like aged cigarette smoke. I would avoid staying there again.

This hotel is an old Embassy Suites. It does not appear to have been updated. It is very dark. There was no cleaning service for our two night stay…no clean towels provided etc. There were no amenities unless you consider the walk way to the casino area. During our stay there was no where to get breakfast except the Starbucks. We waited at check in for someone to come out from the back. No early check in was offered, was told check in was at 4 however others were offered early check in for 15.00. Check in staff was average. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Dome but next time I would look for different hotel in walking distance. The staff this morning were very welcoming and kind and waiting for guests to check out.

No bar or restaurant actually in the hotel. Had to go to casino or neighboring hotel.

Nothing, it was a horrible experience. It was dirty and had no privacy. You can see into the rooms.

Totally misrepresentation of this hotel. Said it was a Four Star......maybe 20 years ago. Smelled. Old outdated rooms......has nothing......just good location. Highly UN recommended

Very convenient to walk the Gateway Arch National Park. Free parking on site. Restaurants in the casino so we didn’t need to go out after dark. Arch view from our room. Staff very nice and helpful. Area around the property may be a little sketchy. We stayed on main roads and didn’t walk after dark.

The location was exceptional. Rooms were outdated and not very clean. The bathroom specially was not very clean. Toilet look like it hasn’t been scrubbed inside, poor caulking around bathtub and sink area, and peeling paint.
