HoteLumiere at the Arch Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Parking was close and free, hotel was a great location for event at Dome, staff was friendly. Arrived around 4:30, attempted to check in at 5:00 after being in line for 30 mins. Told room was not available. Waited an hour, room still not available. Finally able to check in after the event we were attending, at Mid-Night! Property not willing to compensate for issue. Escalated situation with hotels.com. Still unable to receive any financial refund from property.

Very clean property, great place to meet up with family or friends in spacious comfortable atrium. Took 2 beautiful morning walks to the arch national park grounds. Ill gladly stay again.

Not clean at all. Found bugs in bed. Hair everywhere. Totally disgusting.

Check-in was awful. Only two desks were open, the clerk was rude. Directions for parking were incorrect.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The linen on the bed had stains. I don’t understand what the per stay access fee was for and there weren’t any type of amenities.

I'm not the only one who had the issue but I think they should of been better prepared for a huge concert to be in town. Especially being across the street from where the concert took place. 2 hours after check in my room was finally ready. Room was subpar. Definitely could use an upgrade on their rooms. Front staff held their own, I will say, just highly unfortunate. Usually there are no issues, check in was the main problem. View was great.

Beautiful property

We have been to this casino hotel several times, and each time we wonder why they don’t put money into this hotel. Many of the areas we went by in this hotel smelled like marijuana. The staff are never very helpful and almost resent helping you by giving you an attitude. The rooms were pretty clean, but there’s always an old smell or look to the room or the hallways. Three times a year we go to an event which is very close to the casino and many of us stay there because we usually got rooms booked together and it is convenient to walk over the casino together and have dinner, however, is that were not the case, I’m not sure that this is the hotel we would stay at.

There was an issue with the type of room I reserved but the from desk staff was able to resolve that matter. However, the room that was put in was not clean and had hair all in the shower.

larger trash cans in room since there is no cleaning stay unless requested a day ahead at least.

Loved the area - walked the river and the old spaghetti factory was awesome! Room so cool and lobby area with waterfall was very breath taking!

All was good but the parking was very confusing and far.

I don’t really have anything specific to say. Nice quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Fast check-in , clean room, staff super nice and bar in lobby was sweet with lots of cozy seating arrangements. Walking distance to the arch. Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen was superb food and service.

Staff was poor, location was good
