The ice machine didn’t work on my floor

It’s mid at best. Dinner was ok, indoor pool was kind of gross, breakfast was terrible, but it was decently clean.

My experience was great. Staff was very helpful and nice. Will be going back in the future.

When I booked a king bed, they didn’t reserve it for me but atleast I had 2 queen beds I guess. Good property to stay at !

My overnight stay was okay. The pool was over crowded with children (both pools). Someone pulled the fire alarm after 9pm. The hotel is nice and I will stay there again. I just have to make sure no one is having a family reunion at the time I want to stay. It was too many to children.

Hotel is very nice and well situated to the airport. Check in was very smooth and the bar is very nice and spacious. The only downside side is that you have to pay for parking and since they allow extended parking for people going to the airport it can be a very long walk from your parking space to the entrance to the hotel. That is particularly bad if it is raining or other inclement weather.

I gave this location 4 stars because it looked a little sketchy when we got there. People were sitting outside in lawn chairs around 11:00 p.m. The room was decent; no issues at all. The hallways had an old smell, but overall it was great. Nothing amazing.

Not many breakfast options

The room wasn’t not clean enough for my liking, staff definitely could have cleaned the room much better. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Bar was amazing. Unable to enjoy the pool because there was always large gatherings of people in or around area. Very unfortunate. This say was just okay.

Amazing hotel overall.

They keep your card on file for "incidentals" but don't bother mentioning what these incidentals might be so you don't feel comfortable using anything in the room. No microwave in the room, only a tiny not very cold fridge. The room was clean and comfortable but no more so than you would find in a cheaper hotel.
