loc and over all time of being there I had to pay 600 on top of what i already paid for the room plus parking @25 a day

Even though we didn’t it in the hotel restaurant it looked like a nice spot. The only thing that it was a little bit confused for me was paying for Parking and the chairs/ umbrellas at the beach. That should be included with the price that we paid for the room. The front desk was really helpful when we needed housekeeping in our room. Overall, a great stay. We will be back.

Unbelievable resort. I had the most amazing trip. Steps to the beach, a tiki bar and restaurant and a grill inside. A nice balcony spacious room with high ceilings. We stayed a week and cannot top just how perfect it was!!!

Clean room, booked a gulf view and the view from balcony was beautiful. Fantastic pool & beach bar amenities, didn’t need to leave the resort all evening. Have to pay to park but that’s standard these days everywhere.

The hotel overall is great. First and the most important is the staff. Extremely positive and professional administrator Brandan, knowledgeable and helpful girls behind the counter, very polite and kind waitress/waiters. (Hi Missy!) Second: cleanness - no questions at all Third: location is on the beach. The bar is close to the beach. 7/11 is across the street, alcomarket - 15 min walking distance, pizza, Thai and bbq restaurant are close enough. Fourth: water: good for families and kids. The sandy beach is great, clean and wide, shallow from the very beginning and deep enough after. The pool is small but well organized and clean (and next to bar) Fifth: the food: breakfast is included. The breakfast is good, basic, not really different from standard continental one. But I would add more options

Everything was nice

Breakfast was horrible and location was not how it was advertised online! I’m a chef and the food was a 1 /10 what a disappointment from Hilton. I didn’t get a beach view which is the main reason I booked my stay! And I requested a arrival time and that was a huge fail I literally waiting until 4 pm check-in why even give the option to add an arrival time if you can’t deliver.
