Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach

We waited over two hours just to check in because there were no clean rooms available, despite having a confirmed reservation. It was well after 6:00 p.m. before we were finally given a room. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. The beds still had hair from previous guests, and it took another two hours before someone could replace the bedding because no staff seemed available to handle the issue. The room keys also did not work, making the entire check-in process even more stressful. To make matters worse, the room had a strong moldy smell and visible signs of mold. I have allergies, and the conditions triggered a severe allergic reaction. I spent all four days of my stay dealing with constant allergy symptoms and even developed a fever. This experience was extremely disappointing. Basic cleanliness, room readiness, and functional room access should be standard for any hotel. Unfortunately, this property failed in all of these areas. I cannot recommend staying here.

Also, they scheduled a Fire Department inspection of the rooms between 8am-12pm instead of beteen 11am which is check-out and 4pm which is SUPPOSED to be check-in. Very disappointed...

I love this hotel because it is right on the beach. You don’t have to cross the street or anything. You can just walk right out.

Love that it wasn't a huge hotel! And love how the lay out with the pool to bar/ restaurant to beach.

Service and staff was great. We did not enjoy the tiki bar our server was very personal and nice, the beer was not cold at all they gave me 2 both not cold. Sis not care for the margarita at all

Food very expensive for the quality.

The rooms were nice, not great. But everything else, about that property, was great. The pool, adjacent restaurant, and direct beach access were amazing. Only wished there wasn't a parking charge for hotel guest.

We've made a reservation for 2 queen beds and they had prepared a 1 king bed with a rolling bed. So I went to the lobby and they told me there's a possibility to have a 2 bed in the next morning so we had to stay with the small bed and my son is 6'4" 15 years old and had hard time that night. Next day I ask nicely again and there's still no rooms for us so I had to ask firmly what's the best way to solve this problem and then they found a room with 2 beds. Even though it was a great stay very good and professional staff the breakfast was great well served the bar by the beach was great too.

The property was right on St Pete beach a great location. Parked my car upon arrival and I did not need to use it once. The Hilton is within walking distance anything that you would need.

Paid for my room 1 month ahead of time, pet friendly room, drove 15 hrs to get there, pulled up to the room at 5:30 in the evening, was told my room wasn’t ready, that they had to rebook me for a different motel ( not pet friendly ) 15 minutes down the road, so we had to drive 15 minutes down the road , work out the details with the other motel, unload the suv, repack the next morning, and drive back to our original motel! Hilton Garden Inn , we was told our room was being renovated n the paint had not dried lol , truth is they overbooked that night and sent us elsewhere!
