Our family had the best time!! My 17 and 19 yr old thought it was awesome and it's hard to impress them these days you know. LOL. The live band at Jimmy B's was amazing!! It made our night there something we all will never forget!!

Great location

Room could have been cleaner… hair balls on floor. Outside trash cans over flowing on ground. Management staff was just ok, not best hospitality. Parking SUCKS here as well.
-
Only problem was the parking at hotel was horrible and not enough of
-
They didn’t clean room or give new towels everyday. Never saw staff only out at Jimmy B.s
-
Clean room, close to beach. Chairs and umbrella provided are a game changer.
-
Was a really nice stay! The best part was the super nice guy that helped put the chairs and umbrellas out!n

I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, nice, quiet. They had plenty of activities & umbrellas and chairs. We had a great stay. Thank you

On the positive side, the beach is absolutely beautiful. There are fish close to shore, making it a fun spot for snorkeling and enjoying the marine life.

Everything is awesome that we ask him to change a room so we could be closer to the pool and they got right on it did it thank you very much

Jimmy B's beach bar was very nice. The beach was beautiful, the pool water was very, very warm. There was no easy access to get towels to use at the pool, you had to walk to the beach, to get towels, room was very dusty, was not cleaned at all while we were there had to empty our own garbage, no microwave in the room. The common area was very dirty. Microwave was filthy. Counters were never washed down. I probably would not stay there again.

A great family vacation at the Beachcomber with everything you need there.

Housekeeping supposed to be every other day but 5 day stay never came and did not put DND on door. No microwave so bummer, and if staying by the restaurant is loud till 2 am but tv can drown out most the noise. Parking is terrible. Spots are to small and I came out to my car 1 day and car next to me had front and rear passengers puke on my tire and driver door which I paid to clean.

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was dirty, the floors were not clean, and the overall property did not seem well maintained. The supplies provided were very limited, and there was no staff available to help when we needed assistance or had questions. Overall, I would not stay here again. The beach access is great, but it does not make up for the poor cleanliness, lack of basic supplies, and lack of customer service.

Such a great property of the price 10/10

The cleanliness, staff, especially Terrance and the am parking attendant were terrific. The hotel location is great since it’s close to everything. The pools, free towels n beach chairs were all A+. The bar area was very nice with daily live music. Shout out to Rachel at the bar! The best part is that the hotel is steps from the beach which compared to others I’ve stayed is a huge benefit. The only reason this review is a 4 out of 5 is the parking. There are not enough spaces in the front so one ends up parking on the side of the building which is extremely narrow. You have no choice but to pull in face forward and then back out in reverse all the way to the main parking which was so inconvenient. We were not told about the “overflow lot” across the street behind the 7 Eleven, until I explained.

At check in the man was rude about not being able to check in due to the name in the reservation not being my name. My husband’s name was on the reservation and he was not with me cuz he was unable to travel. The man was not very understanding. Also the parking was not very easy to maneuver in. Trucks blocking driveways and only one car is able to drive in the driveways.

Nice little hotel. The room was adequate size. The pool areas were wonderful. And you could hear the live music from the bar area in the main pool. They give you complimentary towels, chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The only disappointment was there is not actually a restaurant on premises, or at least not one that we could find. The outdoor bar had many tables but I only saw people drinking. I think you could order food and they deliver it to you, but we couldn't find a place to sit, so we walked to a couple of my nearby restaurants during our stay.

Good option for beach access and on site live music and entertainment. Nice to have chairs and umbrella included in reservation. Pool is much smaller than pictures. Room was not ready at scheduled check in which I’ve never had happen. Also stayed for 3 nights and they never fully cleaned room. They said they only do every other day and then even then they only came in and put a stack of towels on dresser and emptied trash. Beds were never made.
