Beach access was great!

Too much construction and noise. Room smelled musty and mildewish.

The staff that managed the rental beach chairs and umbrellas were exceptional. Specifically the gentlemen that worked Mon thru Wednesday. He was extremely helpful, compassionate about his job and his customers. Checking on customers throughout the day. EXCEPTIONAL

Great stay

Although the hotel was convenient to the Beach, I would not recommend staying here. To start with I had booked three rooms and all of them were given to me on the second floor. I informed the front desk that my elderly mother would need a room downstairs as there are no elevators in the hotel and she cannot walk up the stairs. I was very rudely told that they were at capacity and could not accommodate me. The front desk attendant was rude from the start, he seemed extremely annoyed. I asked if we can change her room the next day when people check out from the first floor and was told to speak with the manager the next day. I called the manager early in the morning and he was also extremely rude. He said that he would need to accommodate all of the requests of the other guests that were checking in and then see if they had a room on the first floor for us. After some back and forth he agreed to call me if anything could be done. I received a phone call about an hour later and we were able to move my mother to the first floor. With all this being said, the worst and most hurtful part of this stay was that my husband suffered

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, right by the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the bar and the overall atmosphere of the property. It was a great place for our family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again.

There was construction going on so maybe it will end up being a nicer landscape after. The bar and restaurant was super fun!

Amazing place to stay! We love staying here. It's under construction at the moment, so that was the only con of our stay due to the noise of the concrete being dug up daily. Other than that, staff was very attentive to anything we needed. Love the larger pool and the beach bar! We will be back again next year.

Solid property right on the beach.

The beach were excellent, great hotel and entretenimiento, the ac unit were not good, need a bigger one for the place, overall the experience were excellent.

Major construction on property. Air condition leaked. No hot water on Monday.

Location Room really small

Proximity to beach and food were good. Other than that this is not a good place to stay. Construction going on that was not told to us before booking. The word “suite” is doing a lot of heavy lifting. It was a tiny room with a closet that had been turned into a Living room area, that was a joke. Just a crummy couch and a worse TV hanging on the wall of a miniature room posing as a living area. Beach and beach attendant were good. The chairs were awful and they had no towels the first day and ran out early the second. Definitely would not recommend.

Exceptional

The location was amazing. Beach was steps outside hotel. Under construction, creepy interactions. Windows being tapped on at night. Rooms are cleaned every other night.
