Great place to stay! Close to the beach, restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

The pool area is way too small. There was a large party that booked the units around the pool area. We tried to use the pool a couple times but they totally took over the pool. Loud music, chairs lined up all the way around the pool, and stayed up partying really late. I think they thought they booked the pool with their units and no one was able to use it. Their younger children were really rude also.

We did not get to stay because of booking over sold their property. But…… I would book again if they did have an availability just because of their customer service. They personally called me to let me know what happened. They apologized repeatedly. Probably the best customer service I’ve had and I’ve never even stayed there. (lol)

Clean and had everything we needed including beach towels!

The location was great and was nice having the pool so close.

Great location Photos showed seating/grilling outside our bungalow but there was no access to it without walking around the building.

We loved the proximity to Sunset Beach and St. John's Pass. Judi was phenomenal and always had fresh towels ready with a smile. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils and even a corkscrew. Outdoor seating areas were charming. Although the bed was comfortable, my husband is a large man and the wood slots under the mattress creaked every time he rolled over. We left for the airport at 4:30 am and someone was parked next to our car rental with their car door open, smoking weed and drinking. Thankfully the grounds are well lit.

The room had 2 bedrooms and plenty of space, the little patio area was very cute. We had unit 7 which was next to the busy main rd but we weren’t disturbed by road noise. The pool area is really nice and the pool was so warm. Some parts of the room are a little tired but it was clean and very comfortable. We explored the area and it made a good base. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The walk to Johns Pass is over a drawbridge so hilly up and down if that’s an issue for you. The beach over the rd is lovely and wide but no beach vendors so you’ll need your own chairs and shade.

We enjoyed our stay here. All the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to John’s Pass for great shopping and dining. The beach is a very short walk across the road. Would stay there again.

Wonderful relaxing stay.

I was staying while taking care of an elderly relative and Tropical Storm Debby came calling! The manager Judy checked on me frequently and even offered to go to the store if I needed anything. The electricity flickered a few times but stayed on.

We enjoyed the bungalows immensely. On site dedicated parking and walking distance to a gorgeous beach! We were concerned the road noise would be bad due to the proximity to the main road, but it was very quiet. When traveling with the whole family having living and sleeping areas is a must! We will definitely story be returning!

Cons: no beach gear. Limited towels. Busy 4 lane street to cross for beach. Pool was small. Saw two cockroaches in our room. Bathroom tiny; nowhere to get ready. Bed was super uncomfortable; like sleeping on springs. Pull out couch awful! Floor made all of our feet/socks black. Very small place for what I paid (almost $1500 for 5 nights) Would not return.

Beautiful house, good decoration and very confortable

We did a mother daughter trip. Had a great time! Beach is beautiful and the facility is great.

Very very clean. Spotless. very quiet location. Pool very nice - spotless & very warm. No safe in the room to store passport/ travel documents etc.

My friends and I just stayed for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. We have not stopped talking about how great this place was. We are planning to come back with our families. I stayed in unit 6 and it was very clean and spacious. We will be back. Highly recommend.
