Johns Pass Beach Motel - Treasure Island Beach

Found blood on the sheets and a trail of blood on the floor. It was after 11pm when it was discovered, front office was closed, spoke with the manager and she did not care at all! Found out that she and her daughter are the ones to clean the rooms.

We stayed here for our vacation for 3 nights.We got the one bedroom apartment. It was perfect!It had a kitchenette and a table for two and a pull out loveseat with bed which worked great for us for our son.Loved the king size bed!It's a adorable motel right on the beach!You walk over to the pool its so relaxing and its a heated pool.Its got a little cook out area if you want to relax and eat there.There is the beach right there and when you come back there is a little rinse off shower.Works great to get all the sand off.It is also around everything.Its right by the John pass boardwalk. We loved our stay!Can't wait to go back!I give it?????

Pool and rooms are very clean comfortable and the ocean front is a big plus.Owners are nice and friendly. Iceachi e on site.But not a big deal we went and got a bag of ice.

It definitely was what I needed ,it was my Oasis, home away from home !! The Staff felt like family Rose, Stanley and Tiffany. Wonderful place, Wonderful People. Its no wonder many of the people I met there have been coming back to this same place year after year. I will be as Well !!!

Hidden Gem ! Don't let the term " motel " scare you away. This was by far one of the cleanest places our family has ever stayed. It is older but has been very well maintaned and updated. Our stay as a family of 6 with kids ranging from 6 to 17 and they all enjoyed themselves. Not over crowded like many other hotels in the area can get. We basically had the whole pool to ourselves our entire stay. The strech of beach was not overly busy. Location was great just a short walk to Johns Pass. Small visitors center directly across the street. Many shops and resturants within walking distance or short car ride. Also right on the trolly stop. Owner was very friendly and you can tell he takes pride in this property. They even have a shed with beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers that you can use for free at the beach. Pool has some floats and pool noodles. Very clean pool as well. Tables pool side with grills and view of ocean. Roof top sundeck on second floor with views of ocean great for watching the sunset. If you have been looking for a smaller hotel to escape the crowds but arent sure which one to go with then give Johns Pass Motel a try its a clean, comfortable, safe choice when wanting to support small locally owned property !! We will definitely be back bc 5 days here wasn't long enough for us !! There was really nothing that we were bothered by during our stay. Water pressure could be a bit better but I feel like even the bigger resorts we have stayed at doesn't have great water pressure. If some sort of breakfast options were offered that would be great. Even if it was just glazed donuts, bananas, toast and a juice option, but we knew breakfast wasn’t offered here when we booked so no big deal we drove a couple blocks down to dunkin.

The motel is so lovely. I love the way it seems that they’ve kept it mostly the same on the exterior as it was when it was built I’m guessing in the 50’s. I love the appearance, proximity to the beach and Johns Pass, the pool and the staff is so friendly. Nothing could be better!!

Location was awesome

The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. It was almost non existent. We didn't mind too much though, it did it's job. Also, as a former smoker....the smoking around the pool area with my kiddos was a little annoying.

TV didn't work

My family and I stayed at John Pass Motel for a couple nights. It was very clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us. 2 car passes
