Sand Pebble Resort

The location is great! Right on the beach and a short drive to John’s Pass. The pool and hot tub were amazing with plenty of chairs and tables. There was plenty of pool toys as well. There are chairs to take out on the beach available. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear much in the halls with the fan from the cooling/heating system in our room. The front desk staff was friendly. Very family friendly. Some things are very dated. The beds wouldn’t stay in place. The shower head needs updated. The bathroom fan was very loud.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. Overall, an excellent experience.

Comfortable room- although we had to move to a different room after only 2 nights due to what the staff referred to as scheduling issues. Didnt like having to change rooms. The location is great- but needed a car to find food, restaurants, etc. Would not trade the beach for a diner, though.

Excellent place to stay. They even had a wheelchair for the beach so I could take my mom out there. I will be going back. The view from our room was amazing.

Good location HVAC was out, only temporary A/C unit. At times it was cold in the room. Only 1 elevator

Being in the first floor going right to the. Each we plan to stay again next winter around the same time we hope to get the same room

And it was close to the beach. They were still remodeling from the hurricane. But that was understandable. The elevator broke the last 2 days. We were there, so we had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs. And that was hard. They did not have breakfast which we knew that. And I think the worst thing was the man that was working in the lobby when we checked in was not friendly. I had left my ID at the airport and was very upset when we got there and he was not compassionate. Didn't hardly even look at us. And was very rude. But it was the only time we had to deal with him. I would still recommend the Sand pebble.

Right on the ocean. Activities could be upped a bit.

We had a great stay. It was a good center for all the activities we enjoyed Everything was great.

staff is great ,grounds are clean That we couldn't smoke on the balcony any more,keep the door shut no problem an I understand the smell, cause nobody smoke in my house or SUV on the balcony fresh salt air breeze with a cup of coffee an a smoke an the sun coming up nice an relaxing.Some people should mind their only business!!

Nice room but no balcony

The closeness to the beach was awesome. it is much closer to the beach than neighboring properties. due to recent hurricanes in the fall the pools were all out of order. this is understandable but there was no mention of this when I booked a month earlier. That was a real disappointment.

Arrived at 630 pm. Had to wait around over an hour for someone to show up at the front desk to check in.

Under the circumstances of hurricane recovery efforts the facility was wonderful.

Location is excellent and access to beach is great Working through all the Hurricane issues was very impressive! Condo floors were dirty and needed mopping. Dining room table was very sticky and needed cleaning.

Everything! We had a wonderful stay!

Place heard the coming and going of the next door room and the lights of the shared entry.

It has a good location and on the water which was nice. We get there was a hurricane. None of the pools were working which I wish we would have known while booking it on here. We didn’t have a king bed at all like we paid for. We had a Murphy bed which was not comfortable at all. The floors in the room were full of hair and sand.
