Loved the whole place!!

Great location

Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. The owners really take a lot of pride in the property and create a calm, clean and safe family friendly environment. The beach was like half a football field from my door. Not into swimming at the beach? Don't worry, the pool is gorgeous. Can't beat the price either. I would/will definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location, 1 minute from the beach and a short walk across the bridge to Johns Pass. The place is clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

The toilet didn’t flush properly

Location is amazing! It's like just a few steps to the beach. The room we booked had a view of the beach, which was nice. Lounge chairs on the balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use. I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been staying at Twins Inn for many years over the summer when our cousins come to visit us in Florida. While it is not an upscale accommodation, the rooms are “homey” and have everything we need. We love having the pool right there along with a short walk to the beach access. The Inn is conveniently situated at the base of the Johns Pass bridge, so if you are in good walking condition, it’s nice to not have drive over to partake in the entertainment at John’s Pass (restaurants, shopping, etc). The staff is helpful and friendly. We will be back again next year!

Pool was great, beach access was great, location was perfect near John's Pass. Floor was not cleaned and walking around barefoot left our feet dark and dirty. The space was great, but needs renovated and is dated and shows aging.

Beautiful huge place love it!!

The location, the rooms and the staff are all five stars! This is definitely where we plan to stay for all out future visits as we have now come and stayed twice this month!!

It was amazing! We want to come back as soon as possible. Laura is fantastic! We really recommend this place.

Location staff

Great location! We saw dolphins in the water daily and the area of beach was a quite residential area, newer fridge, plenty of storage space, balcony was nice, pool area was quaint with nice landscaping, there were beach chairs in the master bedroom closet, daily laundry for towels and bedding if needed. Manager was rude to our children telling them they were being loud and did not own the whole pool when they were just being kids. The pool is small, so not great if you have lots of kids, lots of cracks and stains on several surfaces through unit (floors, walls, furniture, sinks, backsplash, etc) and at the pool. The washer/dryer and there was coin service that you have to pay for but there is only 1 of each for the whole property. Pool and foot wash/beach shower were closed down promptly at dusk so coming back from the beach after watching sunsets was a chore. We only received 2 washcloths and 4 towels for the 5 of us when we first checked in so I had to buy extra washcloths and we used our beach towels to help offset. We were given more after we had everything laundered.

Perfect little beach town. Great room at reasonable rates.

The customer service from the owner was top tier. She was attentive and she provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was superb ? the beach was right there andand the pool was right in front of the apartments. The views from this apartment were awesome and the pool was very clean and the temperature of the pool was perfect. Owner provides extra towels, beach chairs and even beach umbrella. The balcony was a perfect size. We had a great stay and we really enjoyed this place and we'll definitely be returning ? The only thing I didn't like was we only received one roll of toilet paper for an 8 people apartment but it wasn't really inconvenience. The place could also use a little upkeep here and there.

All was overall good

It was easy to park, the room itself was clean the property grounds could use some maintenance. I didn’t like the caution tape around stuff at the pool area, and the busted sink in the bathroom

Only thing is that the hot water is not hot, warm at best.

We love Twins Inn & Apartments. Just steps from the beach and a 6 minute walk to John's Pass Village where shopping and dining abound. My daughter and I were there celebrating Monday and we couldn't have picked a better place to enjoy our day.
