Crystal Bay Historic Hotel

Our room was very clean and comfortable and larger than expected. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was seamless. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choices. Great location.

Everything went wonderfully - the Staff was so sweet and accommodating, the food was excellent, the room was spotless, fluffy towels and crisp clean sheets - a fantastic stay! Nothing! The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The home like experience. The staff are so kind and when they would see us in the hall they would check to make sure we didn't need anything since we declined housekeeping and were their for 4 days. This was our second time there and will be back.

Lovely, truly historic hotel that feels more like an old B&B. It's like going back in time. If you like historic places, you will enjoy. Not for those who want upscale hotels, but they go above and beyond to provide an essentials you might want. Will return asap!

It was our first time there and we loved the atmosphere. The history of the hotel and the well kept and beauty of the hotel. The front desk clerk blond lady first name starts with a D was very friendly and helpful also explaining the history of the hotel. The cook he was very friendly to me and my grandson both days and the food was very delicious. We just loved the area and how friendly EVERYONE was to me and my family even down to the neighbors to the hotel was very friendly and nice. We definitely will be back thank you for making our trip enjoyable and most of all home like feeling 🙏😊

Beautiful place, full of history and nastolgia. While they have done a great job adding modern amenities without losing the old charm, the guest must expect some things that naturally accompany an old facility. (For instance, our bathroom door had trouble closing completely.) However, any inconvenience in that area was worth it to me to have the charm of an older elegant hotel. I loved the location, eating breakfast in an elegant dining room, and the great value/price for what was provided. Anytime I’m in St. Petersburg I will stay here!

Exceptional

Excellent location beautiful building, easy check in process with great staff. Room was clean quiet & well kept. Breakfast was the best, breakfast area & veranda were great! Few minutes from the city or the beach which is nice! They give you postcards to mail to friends or family which is a vintage youch to an mostly electronic world! Just a perfect place! Parking was tight, but to be expected.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is located in a quiet area not far from the beach. We stayed here to attend a TB Rays game which was somewhat convenient to the park

EXCELLENT

This is a great quirky boutique style hotel. It reminded us of places we’ve stayed in the French quarter. The room was comfortable and super clean. The breakfast was awesome. Everything fresh and tasty.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had to fix the TV myself

This is a historic building that has been well maintained. Rooms were very clean upon our arrival in town. This was our first stay here but won't be our last. The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered. Dont pass on the breakfast.

Best boutique hotel i have ever stayed at.

All staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was clean and for the most part comfortable. The history and location were also pluses. The overwhelming scent of air freshener detracted from my experience. Additionally, I had to empty the humidifier in my room twice.

Overall very clean and well maintained. Keep in mind it’s a historic building. Friendly staff and full breakfast.
