Gulf Strand Resort

It was a beautiful view or the ocean!! We absolutely loved our stay in 602!! We will definitely be back to enjoy again!! Every day waking up to the ocean view was spectacular! Amenities were amazing, everything was clean and homey which felt like heaven on the beach!!

It was a great place for 2, right on the beach.

Tv in master room did not work. Towels were awful. Felt like they were scraping me. Go into the room and feel them. Thanks

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the view of the beach.

Living room.tv , it wasn't a smart tv and it would go black for minutes at a time often

The room was amazing! It had everything anyone would need. The bed was comfortable. The view of the beach was great. Room 504 was the best place I have ever stayed! The parking was tight when it was a two car parking slot.

One toilet was fixed when I was there. It is decorated nicely inside and well stocked. No hair dryer but they didn't advertise that there was one. Other issues but basically it comes down to poor maintenance.

we did not have any kind of breakfast plan or we did not realize it. the location was very central for St. Ptete Beach the pool water at the facility was not inviting and could have been a little better.

The room was clean and it felt like home away from home. Quiet which we loved! We had everything we needed and more and will be back.

It's an end unit next to Gulf Blvd and the road noise is bothersome. But wasn't enough to prevent a nice comfortable stay.

The room was great. Needed more trash bags and dish soap.

Beautiful ocean view and a private balcony. Chairs and umbrellas included! Would definitely rent again!

Our air didn't work in our room. Went to pull down sheets ants everywhere. Moved rooms but was told because I booked with Expedia i shouldn't be in the room we changed to. Rooms need upgraded.

Beautifully decorated and had all the necessities. Quiet and cozy. Beach and pool were perfect. Chris’s beach bar next door was very reasonably priced and Chris was very accommodating and friendly. Parking is tight but not bad.

The location was good. The unit was nicely decorated with a semi decent view of the ocean. All amenities were available with beach gear provided. There was thick dust on the bed side tables and on baseboards upon arrival, the floors had NOT been mopped, visible fungal growth present inside the HVAC unit behind the filter with visible black discoloration of the vent cover in the kitchen which my son and I both woke up with headaches and sore throats after the 1st night. The hot water in the bedroom bathroom was hot at the sink but NOT in the shower and it fluctuated in temperature. Constantly had to wash towels and washcloths in which the washing machine dd NOT run properly when washing on regular white mode - had to rewash on speed wash mode. The TV's were a challenge to watch with the batteries duct taped in the remotes and the tv in the bedroom was ROKU only so watching live TV was NOT an option in bedroom. The comforter on the bed was thick and we were told to keep the temp at 73 degrees so had to run ceiling fans on high. The parking slots were tiny making it difficult to get in and out of while trying to avoid other tenants vehicles.

Great location and adorably decorated! Loved the elevator access as well as access to beach! The towels were still damp when we arrived. The washer didn’t always work properly. The plumbing in the guest shower need some work! These are all fixable and minor.

We have stayed in this unit before, and the upgrades are very nice. The unit was clean and had all the amenities. The washer was not working, and the washer and dryer are very old and could be updated but other than that the unit is very nice and we would stay there again.
