We had black curly hairs in our bed and towels. Shower was dirty and the room smelt like mold and musty.

Housekeeping was a little inconsistent over the days we were there. But I know if we’d asked for extra service, it would’ve been given to us. The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The first night we stayed there, it was so nice and quiet and that was surprising. Unfortunately, there were some very loud guests yelling and running in the halls around 2 AM the second night. Not the fault of the hotel. Just unfortunate. Be advised that the neighborhood seems a little iffy at first glance, driving by a nearby pawnshop and an adults-only XXX store. Otherwise, the location is great—“on the way” to everywhere on St. Pete— if you’re doing things on both the east and west sides of Saint Pete, which we were. Our friends on Treasure Island were able to pick us up right on the way to activities downtown. Airport not too far either. Decent place.

El cuarto podría haber estado más limpio. El área de la bañera en el baño donde pones el jabón de barra estaba un tanto percudido. Además de que han remendado varias cosas que hace que se vea descuidado. El staff con el cual trabajamos que fue en el área del desk fue bueno. No requerimos limpieza del cuarto en el intervalo de los cuatro días. No tuvimos desayuno ni fuimos al área y tampoco al bar. Tampoco fuimos al área de la piscina porque tuvimos mal tiempo.

Hallway carpets were dirty look like it hadn't been vacuum in a week. Our toilet had hair all over it, the shower tub dirty literally black and even last person left gold earrings on counter we left. But I assume that is what you get for a 3 star hotel. But I will say the staff was very nice.

We travel monthly for travel baseball and stay in hotels all over the state. This was the worst by far! The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting with hair and stains everywhere. You couldn't walk anywhere inside or outside of the hotel without getting hit in the face with Marijuana smells. The AC smelled like mildew and rattled. The vents in the room and bathroom had black stains, huge worry of mold. The ONLY positive of this place is the pool is nice and the bar connection from the pool to the lobby. We had 6 team members stay at this hotel with us, 3 of them had to wait until after 6pm for their rooms to even be ready for check in. Such a nightmare of a weekend!

Super clean room, comfy bed. Quiet.

Staff was nice but it wasn’t all that clean, lots of dust in room but it gets the job done!

Convenient central location to PIE, St. Pete Pier and Madeira and St. Pete Beach. Has nice pool/hot tub area!

Place didn’t smell great

This was my second time at this property, the first time was better than my second visit. This go round it was a late check in for me about 1030 my first room had a running toilet, we so was unable to stay in the room, went to second room, to me room wasn’t as fresh as the first one, couldn’t get room as cool as I would like and tv was broken but I bared it for it was only 1 night, but this visit was not as good as the first.

My tv didn’t work and it was replaced but I only got 2 channels then some guy that works there walked in on me while I was dressing he didn’t even knock . He said my door was cracked he assumed I left but he should have knocked I didn’t realize the door was not shut all the way. But other than that my stay was fine

Best of all there were plenty of handicap parking. Usually I don't have one and my wife is disabled.

great location-hotel was nice and rooms very well- breakfast not included as they told me it was. other than that we do recommend this hotel

Great pool and hot tub! Heidi was very professional and courteous
