1st room not clean beds dirty and used lotion on the smeared nightstand Keys dont work for room 1 or room 2 Manager must let you in everytime. Waited for 8hrs for expedia to get back to me. They never did. I finally call and figure out the hotel is not going to refund the room despite the basic operational function of the door. Staff is great - owner is unreasonable with this decision. Recommended action- sell towels at the front desk 10$ with hotel branding. Refund the stay to one key 💸

The staff! They were all so caring. They made sure that you had everything you needed, they all worked together like a family. I was treated with respect and kindness from the first day until ninth day I was there. And the room was super clean!;

I checked in at 340pm went to the event with my son came back to the room at 830 pm and I called the front office due to no remote controller for the tv. When the front desk finally picked up I was asked who was I and why and how I got into that room . I told them I checked in at 340 pm and signed and they made copies of my license the lady had no clue we were even there. The bedding had burn holes in it and the tv had like 3 channels, and the room was not clean. Desktops, nightstands were all sticky and smelled like smoke in a no smoking room

It's located conveniently, it was comfortable inside and outside

There will be things wrong with the room. If you ask the staff to fix it they’ll tell you lie and say they’ll handle it and they won’t simple things a TV that’s not working and then I had a refrigerator that wouldn’t work and then one with no shelves

Fire alarm kept going off

While the staff were all amazing but the property itself is extremely run down and our room was not well cleaned. The floors were filthy and there were shoe prints on the bathroom wall. The room had damage and was run down. Electrical covers were missing, the smoke detectors were on a shelf under the TV, the door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, the battery cover on the TV was missing and, strangely, the bedside lamps and outlets did not work unless the overhead light was on. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. The location is not great. The area did not feel safe and the highway is right outside. We did not sleep well due to the noise.

All blankets and sheets is dirty.
