Close to downtown st pete Not clean, missing amenities including tv in living room, bidet and walk in shower

Property is not bad nice and clean and the employees are good. The bed had a major sag in it. I expressed it to the front desk they just noted it didn't offer to change rooms or anything which I thought was pretty shitty. I had to flip the mattress myself.

It was in a convenient location near a lot of places that were easy to get to. It was dark, the elevator was very creaky, the beds were quite hard.

The place was clean and for the price it wasn’t that bad like all the other reviews. The towels were clean, the sheets were clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast - not too many options, waffles, toast/bagel or cereal were the options. But for the price, it was good! Room did not smell moldy/musty. The elevator did smell musty so we took the stairs…no biggie.

The room had ants in the bathroom and in the tub had to switch room due to a bad smell, but they did accommodate us to switch the rooms. The cleanliness was OK. it was quiet. The pool was good the breakfast. Could be better only bagels, waffles, and toast stayed for a week it was OK not too bad very quiet kinda overpriced, but will stay again if needed

What ruined it for me was the staff. The guy that works the breakfast buffet was really rude. I stayed there several days and he was so unpleasant the way he was barking at the customers and making them feel like crap if they spilled a drop of milk on the counter. Same thing with the overnight guy he was so rude. Belittling. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel staff was awesome was just a little concerned about the ants in the bathroom but other than that it was awesome. Didn't ever get up early enough for breakfast but overall was a great experience
