The most amazing hosts and delicious breakfast provided every morning. The property is kept immaculate and is very beautiful. Is within walking distance of bars and restaurants. No complaints

Everything! This was such an amazing find, I wish we could have stayed longer. St Petes itself is an amazing find with a lovely vibe. This b&b was beautiful, the most comfortable bed, lovely hosts, outstanding breakfast and just one of rhe loveliest places I have ever stayed. I will definitely return again when back in the area and most definitely stay longer than one night!! Nothing, it was all perfect.

Raymond and Jason were exceptional owners that were so helpful in knowledge of St Pete where to eat and what can I say about the B&B. It was meticulously maintained with very comfortable bed and bath. The breakfast every day was wonderful. I would say it was the best B&B that we ever stayed at Nothing

The Bed & Breakfast was amazing the attention to detail was awesome. Reymond & Jayson were very welcoming. The B&B was only about a 5 min drive to downtown and walking distance to quite a few restaurants. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and hanging out with their dogs, will defiantly will be staying again. I thought the breakfast was good but wish there was more to choose from. They provide fresh fruit and pastries(are awesome by the way) along with your choice of omelet or fried/scrambled egg. I wish there was a little bit more that went with the omelet such as bacon, breakfast potatoes or grits.

We had a great stay! As everyone before us has said! We received several great recommendations for food and the best breakfast served hot and fresh every morning! The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day out! Jayson and Reymond were attentive to all our needs!

The Place is very well decorated and cozy at the same time. Every coin has a special detail. The rooms colors, the furniture, the objects, makes you feel in a place that was done and thought with love. And the breakfast... absolutely delicious. The owners are super friendly and have the best restaurant list in town. Thank you guys!! I wish I had stayed more than two nights.

We had a wonderful "Life-Break" last week! The beautiful room, scrumptious breakfast, and fabulous hosts made our get-away absolutely perfect. We can't wait to stay at Kenwood Gables again!

The location is convenient, and the pool looks great. The location is convenient, but we found the road noise to be a little much at night. The room was very small, without much room to relax, although there was a convenient sitting room nearby. There were a few too many reminders of the property rules. We appreciate that there were clear rules to ensure a good experience for all, but it seemed that the number of reminders was excessive - gives a little bit of a negative impression.

The experience was incredible from arrival to departure. Everything was impeccable and designed with our well-being and comfort in mind. The breakfast was perfect! The accommodation was better than many 5-star hotels I know. I absolutely loved the atmosphere—it felt so human, creative, fragrant and comfortable! I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

This B&B was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and exceptionally managed. The breakfasts were magnificant with the most attentive, friendly attention to detail imaginable. The hosts were sincerely concerned with every detail of our stay without being solicitous. It's hard to imagine a more delightful place in St Petersburg to spend a few nights. That's hard to say because everyting is a tradeoff. It was a rather long walk to the main attractions such as museums and theatres and restaurants in the central entertainment district, but the Kenwood neighborhood, where this B&B is located is gorgeous, with beauitful old homes, brick lined streets and a quiet, healing atmosphere. A visitor to St. Petersburg seeking the convenience of the central business district and waterfront would likely miss this enchanting part of the city.

We really enjoyed the room we stayed in. We had the room with the soaking tub and it was worth every penny. Everything was kept very clean and neat. They even refresh the room each day if you desire. The outdoor space is nice and comfortable. The owners have two very cute and well behaved dogs that live on the property. They are very friendly and enjoy greeting you whenever you come in! The location was very close to where we needed to go. The area was pretty easy to navigate and we were very glad we had off the street parking. And plenty of places to eat! The only thing we didn't like was how close we were to the main road. Sometimes the road noise was a bit loud but it wasn't anything that would keep us up at night or disrupt our peace. It was just a noticeable thing when loud cars went by.

Absolutely adorable, very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time staying here and would recommend. The fresh breakfasts in the morning really made a difference compared to most places you might choose to stay.
