Great location - walk to TB Rays stadium. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Definitely would stay again.

Rooms are very ckean, staff is very helpful, and location is perfect if you are going to a rays gane.

this place was awesome and conveniently close to everything downtown. The staff was really kind and friendly, and it was very clean.

Room was spacious. Walking distance to Tropicana Field. Cleanliness was okay. Had water pooling in our room next to the wall. Staff was quick to help.

Everyone was excellent… very kind staff, clean and comfortable room.

The parking is valet is 40 dollars. Just so you know when you book. They also put 75 dollars on your credit card. They said that that pays for parking.

$40.00 overnight parking is severe at best. Half of that would be reasonable especially since you do not have a choice to self park. Water pressure in the shower was not good. Staff was great, rooms were clean and well maintained as well as the rest of the property. We will stay again but might seek our alternatives to that parking situations, it was the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Again, the staff was great, hot breakfast was good, coffee excellent with all the fixings so all in all a good stay.

Stayed for 2 nights very nice and clean room great breakfast and view of the city recommend it for anyone that stays in downtown.

The property was well maintained. The Staff were very pleasant. However the room was very small, it did not have a microwave nor coffee service in the room. These are things that we are used to in our stays at other hotels.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great views, and the location is hard to beat—within walking distance of the Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and several excellent restaurants. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. I highly recommend the Tampa Marriott Water Street to anyone traveling for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again!
