Tru By Hilton St. Petersburg Downtown Central Ave, FL

Everyone except for the check-in man we're awesome and friendly and kind and offered top service. When I arrived to check in there was one young gentleman working the desk and seemed very annoyed that he had to leave his video on his phone to check me in I was very upbeat I greeted him since he did not greet me I asked him how his day was he abruptly told me it's sucks. I don't think he is the right fit for any customer service job as he continued to watch his video as he asked for my credit card he did not tell me to enjoy my day nothing else was said by him and I told him to have a better day. It's sad that this person is chosen to work in that position everyone else on the desk for three days was very kind and acted very appropriate for the front desk of a Hilton hotel. Hopefully that young tall gentleman was just standing in for someone on October 1st at 10:00 in the morning.

Parking so expensive 40.00 dollars a nights No security if you go out and come back late no valet parking you need to wait for someone to come plus is not a nice area as a woman to be in a car for 15 20 minutes waiting for someone to come from valet

Room was clean and neat. Staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a really good area. I recommend it!

They didn't have an outdoor seating area where you could smoke. Had to stand out on the street.
