Other than this, the hotel is in a great spot. Walking distance to many restaurants. If you are headed to a rays game, the hotel is an easy 3 minute walk.

The thermostat was not working properly and would not go below 71. The door had to be slammed shut otherwise it would stick and not close fully. The shower head had a tremendous amount of calcium buildup and needs to be treated. The shower door gasket was peeling off more than halfway. Waited in lobby at front desk to check in with nobody at the desk for 8 minutes. The Valet staff were kind, respectful and courteous when promptly picking up or dropping off the vehicle.

The Moxy St. Petersburg Fl has dirty rooms upon arrival. They make it right by switching you to a clean room the next day. The pool cabanas are dirty stains. The pool water is clean and the tanning chairs are okay. The bar is clean and service is great.

Overall a nice hotel. Had some issues our first day that required us to switch rooms 3 times. But for the most part the staff and manager were very helpful with getting room issues addressed and moving us to a mew room. Great location…within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants and bars.

Renee at the front desk was amazing. She got my sister some treats for her birthday as a surprise. So helpful and sweet. The rooms were clean and well cared for. I would definitely stay there again

We paid for an accessible room, but the air conditioning was not working for the first day and a half of our stay. Maintenance came multiple times but was unable to fix the issue. We ended up sleeping one night in a hot room with both our baby and our older child, which was incredibly uncomfortable. By the following day, the room had only gotten hotter, and after spending a significant portion of our stay waiting for a resolution, we were finally moved to a different room. However, the replacement room was not equivalent to the accessible room we had originally booked and paid for. To make matters worse, every time we entered the lobby, there was a very strong smell of marijuana. Traveling with young children, this was extremely unpleasant and not the kind of environment we expected. For the amount we paid, we expected much better accommodations and customer service. While the staff was polite, the issues were never resolved in a timely manner, and we lost a large part of our short stay dealing with problems that should have been addressed immediately. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The place was amazing . The pool was great .Location was amazing for the stadium. The only thing we didn’t like was the bartenders at the pool . Seemed to be out of it and very unfriendly.

The Mariot Moxy hotel it self was a decent experience. Clean staff was pleasant and courteous. Hotel room was small but clean and uniquely spaced for storage. Lobby bar and lobby was modern and stylish. The problem comes with the valet parking service provided by the Hotel. 717 parking services had some of the worst customer service I have experienced in quite awhile. My vehicle was handed over to one of the attendance upon check in and was left in a 2 hour only city space and wa ticketed. Jayce the manager of 717 in duty tri d to blame it on me and refused to pay the ticket even though I payed 40 dollars for vallet parking and the never attended to my vehicle. Jayce was very rude on the phone and basically said no one would care about what happened with my vehicle. Beware of leaving your vehicle with that company. 717 parking Enterprises.

This is a very bare bones hotel rooms don’t have closets no coffee maker in the room and refrigerator is just large enough to put four bottles of water. Do not recommend.

Great location and fun vibe

OK, so this place charges you $40 to park your car and otherwise you have to find a parking garage like down the street there’s no free breakfast. They charge you five dollars for the crappy coffee. You have to use your room key every time you go up the elevator and the rooms are small. This place is so over-the-top bougie it made it crappy. I would rather stay at a Holiday Inn any day I’ve never written a review till today that’s how bad that place is if you like getting ripped off, you should definitely go there.

They don’t really explain parking or breakfast accommodations

Centrally located. Just a block away from Tropicana Stadium. Restaurant and bars are walking distance. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, you don’t have to. They have a bar, restaurant and pool. We had such a great time. Will definitely recommend.
