major location not clean enough and carpets smell

Sam with food and beverage staff was great to talk with and very kind, during our stay.

In town for the cubs game. Great location close to Tropicana Field and Fergs sports bar Clean room friendly staff. Shower pressure was a little disappointing. Will be staying there next year when the cubs return to town

No coffee maker in room. No complementary breakfast offered. Room was clean and staff were wonderful. Location was great. Would stay again.

Spectacular hotel, great location, safe and comfortable, extraordinary service from the entire team, especially the lady bartenders

It was in great location for the stadium The Ac didn’t work in our room and the sent a guy twice to fix and it still didn’t get below 77. So at 10pm at night, we had to leave and find any hotel. And the lady at front desk so super rude to my wife when we ask what could be done because of the air. This lady basically told her sorry but there is nothing she could to help us etc. after the second time the guy fixed the air, which it wasn’t, I went downstairs and was like we are going to have to leave and we need a full refund because like said before 10pm and still 77 degrees in room. She told be she didn’t have the powder to do so and gave us a card to talk with the manager on Sunday. She did say that he should have a full refund. My wife emailed him on the way to another hotel at 10pm at night. He emailed back Sunday spurned 1pm stated only half refund which is hugely unacceptable being we couldn’t sleep in a room that doesn’t get below 77 with a family of 4 and to of those people being kids.

This hotel was fine, but missing the little things. I would stay again with simple expectations.

Rose's Cafe was wonderful, delicious Cold Brew. The Valet service was a great convenience. The ambiance of the whole first floor was very welcoming. I would love to know what the scent was throughout the first floor....very clean smelling, not heavy. The closeness to Tropicana Field was fantastic!!! Nothing to speak of

No parking on sight anymore and theyre clearly understaffed - we never even got towels in our room before we arrived

Great hotel in a great location. Bartenders at the bar were absolutely horrible. They gave me a free drink chip when I checked in. Later that night, when I wanted to get a drink (and would have had more than one if the service was even remotely competent), the two women bartenders just simply ignored me and even waited on other younger people who had gotten to the other side of the bar AFTER I was standing there. One Gloria Steinem looking bartender barked at me that she would get to me but never did. It wasn't even like the bar was crowded which I didn't get. This was my first night there too and was the very first place I went for a drink. Every other place in town was friendly AF but I wouldn't go back to the hotel bar if it was 2 for 1. This was the Friday of Labor Day weekend if management sees this. I am 57 year old so not sure if they are trying to only get the 20-30 something crowd. That crossed my mind tbh. Thank God this was the only bad bartender experience while I was there. I was at more crowded places all weekend and no one was as rude as these two ladies.

The location was perfect, great place to stay for a Rays game or being close to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Very walkable location. The room only provides one makeup wipe and does not have any extras in ‘The Stash’
