Excellent experience! Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Friendly kind staff, very clean hotel

The hotel was good. We were turned off from one of the valet staff who took us to the beach and was complaining about working during the holiday and not getting enough tips. Not a fan of hearing about someone’s side hustle and calling the guests cheap.
-
The property was clean and the room was very nice. There was a restaurant in the hotel. The only parking is valet only, which we were great with. The roof has a bar and amazing sunset views of the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The only problem we had was that our check-in was delayed because our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby over an hour. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to care. The valet staff were phenomenal. They were so friendly and quick.

The staff is amazing, especially the Valet! Location is perfect! Pool is on the marina, with beautiful views. Don’t quote me but I believe Kayaking and bike rentals are included with your resort fee. I Kayaked at 9 am and it was amazing, so peaceful and meditative! They shuttle you to the public beach accesses (one is right next to Don Cesar Hotel); they also offer free charging for your electric car.

Wow, and what a treat. Nice to have a boat slip. Pool was nice, music was not loud, service staff extremely friendly. Free bike rentals and shuttle service to public beach access by golfcart. Rooftop bar was great, view was stunning looking over the gulf or Intracoastal. The restuarant food and portion size was good and delicious. Priced per market and very elegant. Visit the undertow as an experience as it is a short walk to crazy time. Photos were after storm and have not been altered. Ice machine was not around

Hotel is very clean and lot of space for a room. We really like our room. The hotel uses valet parking only, which I prefer selfpark.

Food at hotel was delicious Good amenities Thank you to the waitress from Nebraska that pointed out the dolphins to us so we were able to kayak next to them which are free to use from the hotel. And free golf buggy to beach with use of chairs and umbrellas Would definitely stay here again Coffee in room was nice, robes nice, beds comfortable

My day was exceptionally satisfying. The amenities were amazing. You get a free ride back-and-forth to the beach with the go kart and they give you chairs and towels and umbrella and they have a restaurant and bar inside that’s connected. They have a rooftop and a pool and everything was A-OK in my book.
-
Pool area was ideal for sunbathing with lots of shade if needed. A useful call button for service Lunch menu was delicious. General cleanliness was a big concern. Very grubby in many areas. Management unhelpful when concerns expressed.

Had an amazing long weekend there. Cute hotel and loved the decor and ambiance. Definitely worth for a girl’s trip or quick couple’s get away. The staff were friendly and caring.
-
Quite No access to roof top after 11pm. View stated sea view but it was a partial view. Bar and restaurant were closed at 11 Valet is the only option-included in resort fee. So that was nice. Pillows were awful and room felt wet. Had to go to front desk every time you wanted towels for the pool. Not enough people cleaning pool area. Need more loungers
-
Great location mostly a good staff. We had a couple of events that I was not happy with paying this much for a room. One was room service. By 4 pm it still hadn’t been done and I had no towels. So I tracked down the attendant and just asked for two towels and moved on to getting ready to go out. They have a beautiful roof top bar with very little furniture and they could do so much more with it.
-
The friendliness and spacious room. The website says that it is 400 ft to the beach (which it is), but there is a locked gate….so you cannot access the beach across the street. Instead, you have to take a golf cart or drive to a public beach access and pay for additional parking

Everything was great. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and each time was great. I enjoyed the 3 bars that the hotel offers and the non-alcoholic options offered as well.

Great food

absolutely AMAZING stay. Staff was friendly and always there if needed. Pool, main lobby, restaurant, and bar were amazing and clean. The show stopper was the rooftop bar and lounge. Fantastic scenery over the beach, Don Cesar in view and a luxury place for an affordable price. We will 100% be coming back to this location in the future.

Rooftop bar is excellent

The property itself was very beautiful and the restaurant was fantastic. I found many dirty spots in the hotel, unclean areas around the corners.

Hotel was great, staff ever so helpful and food and wine were superb. There is no direct access to the beach as all private beaches opposite. However, a 5 minute drive got you to a good beach.
