The room was very nice and the beds were conformable. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning.

The front desk staff was fantastic and welcoming. The hallway carpets looked dirty. Hallway across main lobby had a dead fat cockroach, coffee machine in the room not working. The lock to my room would get stuck.

Air conditioner in the room was cold. Air conditioner in the hallway was out. Hair dryer in the room did not work but was replaced. Microwave in the room almost caught fire. I smelt it burning pulled it out of the cabinet unplugged it and moved it to the bathroom area in case it did. We ran it for about two and a half minutes and you can smell it burning so I unplugged it and moved it to a safe area. I advise the hotel staff about the situation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like was coming out of my room into a hallway that was 100°or at least it seemed like it. And the pool was not clean. We stayed 3 days and had brought bathing suits to swim but I would not allow my kid to get in the pool because it was dirty.

It was really hot the air wasn’t working no one came to clean our room couldn’t get front desk help because no one was at the desk really rude staff wouldn’t stay there again

It was very clean and in a perfect spot. Close to places to eat and the convention center, where we were visiting. The staff was very friendly. It was like 100° in the hallway on the 3rd floor. The room AC did get very low however so we were comfortable in our room. Also, in the whole area there were these beetles flying everywhere. Not their fault but they were all over the entrance of the hotel.
