Still a lot of transitions…….just recently reopened…. Elevator not working, hot tub not working, toilets overflowing, stench in the rooms, bedding smelled like wet dog, miscommunication with staff

The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. We slept so good. Our king bedroom was also very big and spacious. Not many hotels have good ac units but this was honestly the BEST! Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were even able to give me the 1st floor just as I requested. The only issue we had, was not having any cold water in the bathroom sink. It was very hot when we washed our face & brushed our teeth, never did it get cold.

Nothing Roaches/bedbugs/trash in the hallway/sticky stained carpets/cigarette holes in the curtains/water all over the floors/though the clerk was nice was very unknowledgeable about how to reach the manager to cancel and refund my money. Issue still unresolved

I liked the fact it was near restaurants, gas stations, and shopping centers. I loved the location and also friendly staff. I didn't like that we were right by elevator and hearing noise with a lot of traffic. Also, the outside construction being done was right outside our room and so the loud noise and banging made it hard to sleep in.

Nothing The property smelled of cigarette smoke in the building and rooms that were supposed to be smoke-free I'm currently still waiting on my refund.

Nothing I didnt like how the staff say you gotta pay a 50 dollar deposit when yu payed online she said my money would return to my bank account and it never did

Staff charged my account before checking in and out . Very dirty the room had roaches I have pictures. A/c didn’t work and they didn’t fix it or couldn’t put in another room. People who stayed in the room was hanging out and doing drugs. Had to keep walking down to the desk for service . Phone didn’t work in the room
