Just book somewhere else. It was small roaches everywhere. Bed and shower was dirty. Smelled like marijuana.

I will definitely stay here any time I need someplace to stay in Houston!

Everything wasn’t bad not what I expected tho our room floor was slippery and wet o even fell. Had to change room. After that things was pretty smooth.

Staff is so so nice the owners are nice and they allowed me two options and let me pick a room that was comfortable to me thank you so much

Overall Property upkeep was terrible. Basic things like a hair dryer were NOT available when requested, bathroom sinks were so bad that water would spill out everywhere and the whole bathroom floor is wet, bath tub was worn out, room doors wouldn’t open most of the times, door are so badly managed that they have a creaky sound every time. It was smelling cigars or don’t know what all everywhere. Found a couple of guys in parking just loitering around very creepy and unsafe for families. Breakfast was just a namesake.

The guy at check in was informative Everything else. The room smelled bad. The hallways pool area and even later throughout the night both rooms smelled like weed!

The hotel was average. As soon as we got off the elevator, you could smell the weed smoke coming from one of the rooms (4th floor). The door has a gaps in it so you could see light from the hallway. The restroom had only 1 set of towels in it, and the toilet would flush but would take a some time to refill with water. The bed was ok, the a/c is outdated. Breakfast was eggs, sausages, and 2 waffle makers, not fruit and 1 yogurt. Front Desk staff was friendly

The carpet in the hallway was not always clean or clutter free.

The room was okay for what it was. The sheets on the bed had some stains on them and the bathroom tube was peeling and one of the elevators was not working. The hotel looked really old an outdated.

Everything was great

Location. Friendly staff. Accommodating and easy check in. Clean!!! The breakfast attendant constantly wiped down counters, refilled items and greeted guest. 10am breakfast was winding down with less options but had the staples. AC was cold. Wedding was nice. 3 pillow per bed was nice. 3 Towels was pleasant. Breakfast; ran out of syrup and low on muffins. Hotel was older than anticipated from photos. Fresh paint and updates did not hide the abuse guest do in high traffic hallways.elevator was dirty. Floor wasn't mopped in a long time for lack of opportunity. Hallways had overnight trash in the morning. One Elevator was out of order with slowed things tremendously. Non-smoking but smelled heavily of Marijuana. No iron or hair dryer in room.

Great place to stay for the price. Don’t trust the photos. That’s what the hotel looked like when it was first built but it hasn’t been maintained properly. The food taste was not very good but they had several options and the timing was perfect. 7am to 10am on the weekends. I got the room for $91 final price. It was not terrible for the price. I just expected more because the pictures catfished me.
