Residence Inn Houston Sugar Land/Stafford

The room had holes in the curtains and liners. You can see clear through both. There was trash in the hallway. There was a stick propped against the door so it wouldn’t lock.

The stay was wonderful.

I frequently stay at Residence Inn properties, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have had. I hope management will address these issues to improve the quality and comfort of future guests’ stays.

We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again. In fact, we would happily stay here many more times in the future! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

We had a great time and will stay here again

If I have stay over in Houston I will stay in the same place. I always stayed in high end hotels. I skeptical but it was changed completely. I recommend this anytime to my family and friends.

The hotel was in a great spot near many restaurants and shops. The helpful staff greeted us warmly every time they saw us. A special shout-out to Sincere forgot his first name , who checked us in and made us feel genuinely valued. Although not a brand-new property, it is very well maintained. Our room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a well-stocked kitchen. Despite being close to the highway, the room remained quiet. The complimentary breakfast offered a great hot selection and a fun oatmeal bar with many toppings. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was fabulous! The staff welcomed us with a small gift bag of cold water. I definitely felt the southern hospitality here. Most of them seemed content at their work and there was always someone available to assist us if we needed something. The breakfast was good, they had waffle makers, eggs, sausage, coffee, yogurt and fruit. They do switch up the breakfast menu day to day which is nice. The property is a bit dated but it is clean and fairly well maintained. When I am back in the area, I will stay here again.

The room I stayed in smelled mildew and the toilet ran for 2 days. Breakfast was OK could've been better. And overall staff was OK but not the best
