Bird choices for the price

Clean

Room was dirty and had string smell of smoke. Lot of loid noise at night.

The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and accommodating. They called and asked another staff member if a room was clean and ready for me (which it was) and it was very nice and a decent price for the busy 4th of July weekend! I very much enjoyed my stay. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the AC was cold and the shower was hot. I would definitely come stay again!

The price was good Office staff were not always available. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. Not quiet due to freeway

As a result, I was left waiting outside in the sun for a long time instead of settling into my room. This is not the kind of service I expect from a hotel. I hope management improves this for future guests.

The Wi-Fi is really poor

Rooms definitely need better cleaning, my room was filthy! Floors weren’t swept by kitchen area hairs on the ceiling of restroom and on “clean towels” room smelled too smoky, I mean I don’t mind some smelling but geez!!

Access to on and off the interstate. The night we checked in the TV didn’t work. When addressed with the staff they told us there was nothing they could do until the next morning because the master remote was as locked up. We asked if they could move us to a different room or move a different TV in, no to both options. So after driving over 10 hours we couldn’t even relax with a TV to settle in for the night. When we moved the dresser to assess the TV, there was trash and someone else’s hat behind as well as trash left in the dresser.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel at ALL. me and my mother were on our way to GA so we decided to stay the night here that way we could rest and drive the following morning, during the night/morning a storm blew down a tree trunk which completely smashed my front wind shield and apart from the hotel not being helpful, they expected us to be out at 11am still and on the road with a broken windshield. At 10am I was able to find a place that could repair it within 2-3 hours and it was only 10 min away so I told the lady at the lobby if she could extend my checkout time due to the circumstances, she said it was okay, and so I left and my mother stayed in the room while I came back, my mother ended up calling me about 3 times because they kept on harassing her to get out the room and even told her they were going to call the police since checkout time was at 11am and that they ain’t responsible for car problems.. um what car problems??? your hotels tree FELLL on my car!! I am not going to risk me and my mother’s life on the road driving 15 hours with a smashed windshield ! I get checkout time is at 11 but it’s takes nothing to have a lil compassion especially when this is something that could have been prevented if they would have cut down overgrown tree limbs or got rid of the old tree completely ! Mind you the police who showed up told us a very similar situation has happened there before. they are negligent on keeping up with proper maintenance and are not even being held accountable or offering compassion !!! They are absolutely disgusting. Did not stay there and did not get my money back the reservation was under Ashley Morris and should Have been under Monique Morris they did not let us stay and never refunded my money
