I found cockroach in the room

Rooms definitely need better cleaning, my room was filthy! Floors weren’t swept by kitchen area hairs on the ceiling of restroom and on “clean towels” room smelled too smoky, I mean I don’t mind some smelling but geez!!

Lady at the front desk was nice, so thank you to her but as for the hotel itself. I will never be back

I DO NOT recommend this hotel at ALL. me and my mother were on our way to GA so we decided to stay the night here that way we could rest and drive the following morning, during the night/morning a storm blew down a tree trunk which completely smashed my front wind shield and apart from the hotel not being helpful, they expected us to be out at 11am still and on the road with a broken windshield. At 10am I was able to find a place that could repair it within 2-3 hours and it was only 10 min away so I told the lady at the lobby if she could extend my checkout time due to the circumstances, she said it was okay, and so I left and my mother stayed in the room while I came back, my mother ended up calling me about 3 times because they kept on harassing her to get out the room and even told her they were going to call the police since checkout time was at 11am and that they ain’t responsible for car problems.. um what car problems??? your hotels tree FELLL on my car!! I am not going to risk me and my mother’s life on the road driving 15 hours with a smashed windshield ! I get checkout time is at 11 but it’s takes nothing to have a lil compassion especially when this is something that could have been prevented if they would have cut down overgrown tree limbs or got rid of the old tree completely ! Mind you the police who showed up told us a very similar situation has happened there before. they are negligent on keeping up with proper maintenance and are not even being held accountable or offering compassion !!! They are absolutely disgusting. The biggest problem was the horrible smell that was just in the room and I could not get rid of it or even know how to explain it, but it was bad bad. It appears clean and I'm assuming the sheets were cleaned, but I did see a baby roach in the bathroom so there may be more in there, thankfully I didn't see any others. The rooms are old, things like shelves in the bathroom were broken. It's nice that it had a refrigerator and a little kitchen area with a sink and a little stove, however there is not a single pot, pan, utensil, dish or anything. I just personally would never recommend this place to anyone, trust me you're better off spending a couple more dollars somewhere else.

Is on bad condition have old picture on page and property room is terrible inside i make mi vacation online coming from Virginia Very late too the hotel when im see the room is very dirty inside cigarette smell all around shower is dirty like never clean up bad experience there….

The room smelled like cat pee and cat litter.

Upon checking in, I waited 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk once checked in location of the room wasn’t explained so I had to come back to the front to find the correct location of the room. We left to grab something to eat when we return to use the toilet it was clogged when I went to the front to alert them of this. They stated there was nothing that they can do because maintenance was gone and it will be the morning however, the next morning no one came to check on us. I checked out at checkout time and was told that I would be refunded for my additional day however, Expedia said that they have not been able to contact anyone at the front which I’m not surprised, and therefore I cannot get my refund for the extra day I did not stay the communication at this property sucks the late night person customer service sucks the morning personnel did try to help however, I was informed I will be refunded my extra day and I have yet to receive that because Expedia has not been able to speak with anyone

Very old property and stuff from inside. HVAC was very old. I was not able to sleep because of old HVAC.

Parking secure, Room clean, Lili at front desk was awesome. Kitchen was convenient
