I’d like a wardrobe in the room not legs on wall, and I’d like a served breakfast option not the cafe

II like the location of the property., the area was very walkable with lots of restaurant to choose from. I liked the modern style of the hotel. I also liked the very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn’t like was the $35 a night fee for valet parking.

Two things that I greatly appreciated: The staff member who checked me in sent a few "how are things?" texts during my stay. There is also a QR code for tipping the housekeeping staff in the room. I am someone who rarely carries cash and often forget to leave a tip. The QR code makes it much easier. This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to many restaurants and a movie theater. Valet parking is available for a fee which was very helpful. The lounge, dining, area, and bar are cozy; there is a daily "happy hour" from 4-6pm. Overall, this was a great hotel to spend a birthday weekend. If I could give the experience higher than 5 stars, I would!

One of the main reasons the weather was well in the 90s and there was NO AC in the main lobby or lounge or breakfast and Bar area! When asked why at reception was told that the AC units were old and not working! Unacceptable! Every morning we had breakfast and would sweat to death not what I was expecting on my vacation! We were paying $245 a night plus $37 for occupancy tax that’s $282 a night I expected more from a Hilton Hotel for this price The only good thing that made our vacation special was the staff always friendly ,a big shout out to Francy who served us breakfast every morning such a lovely lady who always was polite and had a smile on her face when we greeted her and apologized for no AC So if you plan on staying at this hotel during the summer months you might want to call them ahead of time and see if they fixed the AC

Room was clean and nice. Location was very close to the downtown area. There was no free parking available. They only offered valet services. There was a public garage a short walk away that was ~20$ for the night.

Very happy with the accommodations and staff.

Property is gorgeous! Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Bar was fun and easy to order from!

AC was far too loud, prevented a good night’s sleep.

The room was entirely too small.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great with a variety of nearby restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and provided some good local insights. The air conditioning was a bit troublesome. The room temperature varied from warm to cold several times during the night.
