The Stamford Hotel

The hotel was nice but it needs to be made clear that you have to pay for breakfast and $25 a night for parking. It was implied that there breakfast was served

Everything was great especially the staff awesome 💯 rooms are clean pool clean and tons of little extras like lemon water, cucumber water in lobby for quests, during soccer game free popcorn decorated for 4th of July made everyone feel included and respected.

One staff refuse to accommodate us with a microwave as before they always accommodate us with one .and not even was nice about it

I called 2 times at night because our AC was not cooling. The room was 81 degrees and both my kids under 3 years old were crying and complaining of the heat. Could not sleep the whole night. 2 times we were told " we will send someone" and they never came. Horrible experience and customer service

parking should be free

The hotel lobby was very nice and clean, but the rooms were very old and outdated and did not match the pictures from the website. Also the room had a mold smell in it.

Just very run down and needs some upgrades. Staff were lovely however.

Large property somewhat dated but nice overall. Nice little store open 24 hours. Nice bar area. Rooms are a good size and clean. Air con was loud! Decor is dated.

we booked a room for 4 people with two beds, and they gave us 2 towels, when we asked for more they did not have any and said they ran out of towels. next day we asked again, and got a lot of attitude about asking for an extra 2 towels when we booked it for 4 people.

I love the location.. they also could have provided a microwave and continental breakfast for the price.

The staff is very attentive and accommodating. My room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. They do not serve a breakfast but have plenty of quick grab and go items at the small snack shop, which serves delicious fresh-brewed Columbian coffee that is complimentary between 5-9 am. It’s worth getting up early to get an extra cup. The lobby bar is a plus, and the food they serve is very good. The one thing they could do is give the hotel an update to refresh it a bit, you can see some wear and tear, it looks like it is about due for a fresh look. Overall very satisfied and would stay again.

The staff were friendly and attentive and were very resourceful when questions were asked. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Was quite surprised at the size of the room and housekeeping was on point in the cleaning and replacing of towels and toiletries. I think that the serving of breakfast would have been excellent option. I do not have much that I did not like. The only thing I can think of was the air-conditioning in the room. I do not know if it is set on a timer so it goes on and off at intervals. When it is on it is very noisy.

Additionally, we found blood stains on the sheets and pillows, which was very concerning. The wallpaper was also peeling off the walls, giving the room a poorly maintained appearance. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations.

It is a decent hotel with hardworking and helpful staff. It is obvious that the whole establishment could use a bit of maintenance. You may see some torn carpet patched up with masking tape.
