The Stamford Hotel

It was an ok room and served the purpose of somewhere to sleep. There are water stains on the wallpaper and the rug was gross. My neck hurt after sleeping on the bed.

We had a great experience at the Stamford Hotel - the room was clean and spacious, the staff was amazing, and the amenities were wonderful.

Super clean and comfortable! Convenient location just outside of downtown.

No bath towels Outdated, dusty furniture and outlets

Clean room, quiet floor , staff was pleasant. However no comp breakfast only complimentary tea & coffee.

The only good thing was that the food was decent. The room had not been dusted there was dust covering the charging ports, Housekeeping knocked the door one time and just walked into the room without waiting for us to open the door or announcing that it was housekeeping. The pool is constantly being used by the hotel guests and there were never any towels. We went three different times and were unable to find seating or towels to use. Will not be visiting this hotel again.

Wonderful property, beautiful room.

We chose the Stamford simply for convenience and cost but we were impressed with our room and the amenities of the hotel. It was a busy night but the halls were quiet and staff were not overwhelmed. We ate room service from The Bar and the food was good.

Charging paid customers $25 a day for parking is outrageous. The hotel gives motel once you exit the elevators to the rooms, never again.

Rooms were clean and hotel was nice. Good location. AC was very loud in the room. TV did not work and maintenance did not show up until 11 pm when everyone was already asleep.

They give you weird little tidbits of extras like one set of ear plugs, 2 of the smallest cotton balls that ever existed and 2 teeny bottles of water. It's like..they're trying to put on an appearance of luxury but its a facade because the sheets are ROUGH, you don't even get like a comforter, just sheets and a regular thin blanket, the view isnt great either unless you're into highways? There were lots of extra fees tossed in there too like "travel taxes" that amounted to way more than the listed price so be prepared, the advertised price is NOT what you'll pay when all is said and done. Won't stay here again. If I'm gonna pay $500 when all is said and done just say that, the bait and switch is garbage.

Good location, clean rooms, very nice pub meal, friendly and helpful staff.

Overall is good but the AC unit is very loud and noisy.

The hotel was nice but it needs to be made clear that you have to pay for breakfast and $25 a night for parking. It was implied that there breakfast was served
