Staff was great, very helpful and friendly! Pool was closed so we didn’t get to use that this weekend, but everything else was clean and well maintained. The layout was easy to navigate and the rooms were set up well. Great water pressure for my thick haired girlies (and guys)and it got HOT for those who like to boil! Breakfast was meh, but to be expected for your typical continental hotel breakfast. Ample parking, just be aware the restaurant that shares the lot does get busy on weekends. Would totally stay again for the location and price.

Toilets are child size

The rooms are extremely small and there was no closet in the room merely hangers mounted on the wall. My room had unrepaired water damage on the ceiling which was peeling. The overall feel of the hotel was dated and not well maintained.

Clean. Close to venue and staff was helpful

Very simple check-in, staff was excellent, room very clean Need more comfortable chairs in lobby

There was no breakfast on our first day, as I was told someone who was supposed to cook hasn’t showed up for work and we had nothing to eat that morning. We had trail running even that morning, so timing with nutrition was crucial that day. Except for that, everything else about this stay was as expected from this chain.

You can see that the hotel has some years old

When I pressed about details of the change the lying level increased in an effort to try cover up their giving my room away. Seems pretty obvious that if you cannot provide ANY info for the change, it’s highly likely untrue. At least that’s how I read the room. Beyond the poorly trained staff are the cleanliness issued with the room, the inadequate breakfast offering and the flood of water that entered the bathroom when using the shower. I’ll give them credit for the location but truth is there are SO many options near the campus that you can really get a better, more enjoyable accommodation with almost zero effort. This property needs to feel the pressure before they will step up and make any appreciable changes that are actually guest-forward. I travel upwards of 40-nights a year and speak from experience. You’ve been warned.
