The hotel room accommodations were very nice. The transportation to and from our venue was awesome. However, the woman at the front desk, I did not get her name, she had long black hair. A pretty young lady. The manager must have heard how completely rude and sarcastic she was . There are no other word to describe her never ever have I been greeted at an establishment in such a manner . The attitude and lack of basic respect for people was unbelievable. Other than that it was great.
