The location and staff. No breakfast
-
Room was great except the other reviews said it was a quiet location. That was not our experience, the noise from the street was extremely loud until all the students left the area around 2:30am!
-
Location was perfect. We enjoyed feeling like we were in a very nice apartment vs a hotel room. Good vibes, enjoyed the stay.

Cleanliness, Staff, location Just don’t like the pillows, not comfortable

Parking situation was annoying. The key card that was supposed to get us the discount didn’t work. We paid every time we went in and out… and yet we were charged on our bill for a day’s parking too!! The woman at the front desk said I will get a credit back in 3-5 days. Odd complaint but the bathroom door was dirty. Dirty prints all over it. Rest of bathroom and beds were clean

Expedia listed a free breakfast but we didn’t get one and the property doesn’t even have a restaurant associated with it. Expedia needs to change their write up and selection.
