The newest front desk employee-- I'm not sure of his name: African American, tall with braids was extremely nice and welcoming. Upon checkout, I explained our bed in room 505 is deflated on the left side, the body wash was empty and the shower was not draining. He was very apologetic. Great guy! I hope you share this with him. He was training when we checked in on 8/12/26. See above-- the bed was awful on the left side, My husband couldn't sleep.

Location and staff was great, even though we had some issues with the door lock being broken I was extremely unhappy with my experience with booking. com. We will stay at this hotel again, but will not use booking. com for the reservation.

The hotel was Clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was phenomenal, and it was close to walk around downtown! Nothing!

I was staying over the weekend left on Saturday morning about 8 came back at 2:45 and my room was just starting to be cleaned. Had to go down stairs and hang out in the lobby for 20 minutes. Bar was not open so not much to do but sit around and scroll on my phone.

I enjoyed the breakfast. the room was spacious and sunny. The amenities were excellent. the location was ideal.

The breakfast on Sunday ran out of whole wheat and white bread and they were never replenished. Also both regular coffee dispensers ran dry at the same time making guests wait 10-15 minutes for coffee. It very organized for a busy Sunday morning!
