Staff was well trained from the valet to the front desk.

It was a LaVaza device, made a lot of noise and dispensed a very small amount of luke warm coffee. Wish they had better equipment as the first morning coffee is an important part of my waking up.

Hotel is recently renovated, clean, and has lots of school spirits. Great location. There are water bottle filling stations in the ice rooms which was appreciated. Room was smaller than expected, no microwave, and did not have a toilette paper holder for some reason but was otherwise comfortable and clean. Self parking was not free which was a little misleading.

Amazing location. Excellent room and facilities. 3 restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Can’t say enough good things. Nothing.

The hotel was beautifully maintained piece of history. Dinner at Lionne was amazing!! Our server Jason made the dinner experience even better.

I arrived at 1:00 a.m. due to a flight delay and found that my assigned room had not been cleaned. Although I was exhausted, I returned to the front desk, and the staff promptly changed my room. The next day, I noticed there was no shower gel. Reception informed me that their shipment was delayed, but it would be helpful to notify guests in advance so they can prepare accordingly. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room was out of order, though the staff replaced it upon request.Despite these inconveniences, the staff's service was excellent. The location is highly convenient with ample parking nearby, and the property has a charming aesthetic. The complimentary coffee and croissants were also enjoyable. I like this establishment and believe my experience was simply an unfortunate isolated incident.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Nittany Lion Inn while in State College for Penn State’s summer semester graduation. Staying here made an already special weekend feel even more memorable. The Inn is beautiful and does an amazing job of blending its historic Penn State charm with a modern, elegant atmosphere. Everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. My room was extremely clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed during such a busy and exciting graduation weekend. The staff was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is also perfect for anyone visiting Penn State, especially for graduation, since you are so close to campus and right in the heart of the Penn State experience. Graduating from Penn State was a major milestone for me, and staying at The Nittany Lion Inn was the perfect way to celebrate the occasion. There is something special about being surrounded by so much Penn State history and tradition during such an important moment. I would highly recommend The Nittany Lion Inn to anyone visiting State College, whether for graduation, a football weekend, a campus event, or simply a getaway. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose the Inn again the next time I’m in State College. We Are!

Spacious and clean rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was awesome. Jaime at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay very special. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The valets were courteous and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The bed was not as firm as we like.

Room seemed clean, toilet was not flushing properly but we didn't know til later at night. Did tell them at checkout though. Somewhat over rated.

Location, room, lobby, restuarant, valet Room make up was done after repeated requests. On my check out there was lot of confusion about my settelement. I am still trying to figure out which card has been charged. My bank statement shows one of my credit cards have been fully charged on checking in, while the front desk said no payment was made. Subsequenrly, another card was charged, so now I have overpayment of USD 500. Waiting for bank to open next week and address the issue.
