The room was ready when we arrived and they read our request about being on first floor by pool. The room was spotless and organized. The pool and the exercise room were clean and stocked up on towels. Always someone at the desk to answer questions. Breakfast was hot and had many options. Had coffee, tea, and fruit flavored water were available 24/7 and well stocked. The property was conveniently located and easy to find. Lots of parking available. They had washer and dryer available in laundry room. You could download an app to pay through and it offered a timer for when your laundry was done. Loved that they had different sizes of luggage carts available right inside the doors. I may be starting coming to this brand of hotel cause for the price well worth it.

Very clean and comfortable! The fact that it is rated as a 2-star hotel is a bit undervaluing it. Great location and proximity to campus, accommodating and just right. Breakfast was nice. Beds are great! Not a thing

Great location (close to Penn State). Very comfortable beds. Welcoming staff. Easy parking. We enjoyed our short one night stay.

Wonderful, flexible and helpful staff! The only issue was that the elevator was down the whole stay. This can happen, but if you have a disability that requires the elevator, be sure to book a first floor room. Not an issue for us, but I was concerned for those travelers!

Customer service was excellent and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was a great. Eggs toast waffles cereal a good variety. I couldn’t stay longer.
