Friendly staff. Great Penn State themed hotel. Elevators not working but are being repaired. Rooms are very nice. Great location. Walked three blocks to Champs and Brothers

The room was clean and decorated so cute and fun. The shower was amazing. One elevator was down, so there was a little delay, but a sign said it was being upgraded soon. The front desk staff was very helpful. We left something behind and they're helping to have it shipped to us. The location is excellent for PSU families.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel location was absolutely amazing and the rooms were very clean. The parking garage however, was absolutely terrible. The lighting in the garage was very sketchy and there were no arrows to help navigate in and out.

Proximity to attractions. Walking distance to campus.

1. Outside signage - I had to circle the block a couple times to find the driveway entrance. Was made more difficult due to the small sign and construction next door. 2. Menu in restaurant is limited and could use updating. 3. There was ONE person working the restaurant on Sunday morning and she was overwhelmed - typically a busy time for breakfast with people checking out, and there was a girls sports team staying the weekend. 4. Upgrade to SMART TVs so people can use streaming services on the tv not their personal devices (if they brought any) 5. Upgrade charging ports to USB-C 5. Shower was nice but floor was very slick - falling hazard especially for older guests. 6. Elevators were absurdly slow and wait times were too long considering three elevators for a relatively small hotel. 7. Put real coffee makers in rooms. 8. Rooms were nicely appointed but common areas could use upgrades.

Location, decor, parking, cleanliness, staff and comfort. All amazing, thank you! We weren’t able to buy toiletries (ie q-tips)

decor is great, room is comfortable and clean, location is great, easy access to PSU campus and restaurants/town it was all great. entrance to building is underwhelming but interior is great

I loved how it was designed and decorated. It was really hard to find the parking garage with google.

The hotel is okay however looks overrated on Expedia. The location is perfect and very close to PSU campus. The rooms are big but outdated.
