Was able to check in early at 1 pm after calling them in the morning to see if able. Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean had nice cold fridg and clean microwave. Great value!

#1 The HVAC unit has a "constant fan on" setting - HUGE WIN! (I love white noise). ****Subsequently this helped drown out the professional clog dance family above me***** #2 The dude at the front desk was super nice. Hard to find these days. #3 Room was basic BUT clean!! #4 Bed was just right - not a bean bag and not a cement slab. Great sleep. #5 Awesome shower pressure although I needed a calendar to track how long it took to get hot water. I did get the end room furthest from the front of the building so the hot water had to travel a few hundred feet. Great basic room to get rest and refreshed.

Very close to campus. clean and quiet. I have no issue staying here. It is not fancy and should not be compared to something like that. simple, clean, safe.

I normally don't leave poor reviews. I just chalk it up to experience and let it go, but an honest review would have prevented me from booking here. There was a hair in the sink, a hand print on the towel and the blankets smelled like they were sprayed with pine sol. We cleaned the commode seat ourselves. The heater only blew cold air. We contemplated just driving home but we were too tired. The picture displayed here is not a true representation of the room we stayed in. The staff were friendly and apologized that we we had no heat. This room was not worth the $357 I paid.

The updated rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast options are simple, but well done with fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, coffee and juice. Staff is friendly and responsive. This is a very good value for the price.

Great place for restricted budgets. Easy to find. Clean room, good air conditioning except a little bit noisy. Walk to the PSU campus and downtown are possible within 20 mins for me. Surrounding area is safe. Recommend!
